Let's forget about his lack of creativity and his inability to pick up a pass (much less assist someone) for a second here.

The boy can barely run! I actually remember how he used to play in the beginning of the season, and his movement was absolutely fantastic. He'd be all over the place, moving into channels opening up spaces for him and his teammates, whcih also improved the odds of assisting and/or scoring.

Now I look at him and he doesn't move... doesn't chase as much. Doesn't tackle as much. What the hell is going on?

I don't think we are going to get the answer though. The club will attempt to hide that until the season is over. No need to give too much information to your opponents at thsi point, but I have no doubt something is off with him.

And the minute Isco goes off form, there will be cries for 'Can we swap Isco for Player X?'...

Difference is isco is an actually talented playmaker who excels at his primary duty and has unquestionably superior technical ability to Oscar whose main contribution involves running around the pitch like an headless chicken. Those that want isco value genuine quality and productivity in the final third over tactical astuteness.

Difference is Isco plays under a better manager and a better team.

This same concept of headless chicken was thrown a lot in reference to Di Maria last season, yet, with a new manager, he is probably madrid best player this season. Madrid got rid of a technically superior Ozil and haven't looked back.

The guy has undoubted talent and was key for us earlier in the season. He's just in a rough patch of form and deserves next season to get back to his best.

The cunts can fuck off and give him that at least?

So you are saying Carlo is superior to jose?

Di maria has always been a technically gifted footballer and has been rated as one of Europe's best wingers since he joined madrid. The criticism of him was based on his dodgy decision making in the final third at times an issue he has ironed out this season. I'm saying Oscar's biggest problem is his lack of technical ability. His passing, first touch, vision and dribbling are below average and can be downright awful when off form. decision making issues can be fixed (like di maria, Walcott et al) same cannot be said of lack of talent/technical ability. you either have it or you don't.
