The Skipper 20,609
Yeah that Oscar Brazil thing is a myth. It was under Menezes that he was by quite some distance Brazil's best player. He's been shifted out wide under both Scolari and Dunga. He's had some impressive performance but they're quite sporadic unlike under Mano where he was consistently the team's best player.I still feel this upcoming season is the one where Oscar finally explodes though. A lot of Chelsea fans have already written him off but I have faith in his ability as do his teammates and managers. So if he has another inconsistent season we can expect a famous Gilvorak rant on Oscar, yes? blu35_army, stroey, Amblรจve. and 1 other
RoyalBlues 4,050
Fabregas might be better suit as no 10 when away or against big teams, because basically we're playing more like in 433 formation. But he cannot play all the match in that position, because we need him in pivot also.Oscar could still useful as no 10 at home, especially against mid and small teams. Also Jose could use him as a sub for Fabregas or any MC so that Fabregas could be back at pivot when away.In other words Jose still need Oscar. Oscar will be sold by the time he is no longer useful against every teams.

We have a small squad which leads to little rotation and tired legs at the end of the season and some ppl want him gone... Improve on him sure if we can. Then whether Oscar develops or not is covered, but selling him would be silly.Of course if a massive offer came, like they did for Luiz and Mata, then it's a different situation. Only the bad players are unsellable as they don't get bids. ILoveLamp

Doubt we'll sell Oscar this summer judging by Mourinho's comments unless we receive a big money offer for him. Think next season will be the last chance saloon for him though. If he goes AWOL again in the second half of the season, then we might just get rid of him once and for all.

Jase 43,479
Skip to 18:00 in the video. Fabregas randomly mocked Oscar for still being unable to speak proper English. To be fair though, his English is getting better. A tad more fluent than before.
