Slovenian media is reporting that Chelsea has signed Slovenian 17 years old central back Emir Dautović for 1M£.

He is very tall central back (190 cm if I'm correct), so he is best at heading. His tackling is quite solid, but I see his problem in marking and in fact that he can't catch fast forwards. He also didn't have a competition in Maribor, so he always played.

I would count Bosnia a& Herzegovina in Central Europe too. East of Poland is what I consider Eastern Europe.

No worries, he's only 17 so it's safe to say that he's a project for the future, which is great since it's better to breed own players than always buy.
