I don't think he will ever be chelsea material tbh.

Maybe as squad player at most, but this guy could be one of the best player if he stays in Belgium but can't see him becoming a star anywhere else.

Could reach the max resale value of 5M£ (for his potential) maybe next year of the year after, that's the reason why chelsea signed him.
