We're in the same position United are. Aging LB who's past his best and will likely be gone in the summer. Couldn't be a more perfect buy for us. He's a Chelsea supporter, he's young, and he's English. Everything falls in line with the new philosophy of the club.

Unless your last name is alaba, the reported amount is ridiculous. Shaws has good physical attributes and dribbles well for a left back, but hes not really that great (yet)...

Also, on the defensive side hes not really that good (not Walker-esque though). Granted, ive only seen a handful amount of games, but even the united fans say shaw value is inflated due to his nationality..

He could improve, but as of right now, are you willing to take that chance? Is mourinho really going to spend money on a raw player like that? Mourinho already sent lukaku out on loan..

Prob us, city and i highly doubt the glazers would pay that much money after they just did the transfer of mata.
