kellzfresh 7,229
"A creative player has to use his ability and, if he loses the ball trying to create or score a goal, no problem. If he's just having fun, though, and loses the ball in midfield and then doesn't defend, and the team concede, that's a problem. These guys have to go out there to produce, not have fun or look to humiliate an opponent, putting the ball through their legs. It's about being respectful and having objectives. "We've had Joe, Robben and Duff, Cristiano Ronaldo, Angel di MarΓa and Mesut Ozil β¦ with me [at Real Madrid], players like Eden Hazard will have freedom. The kid has a lot of talent, but it's about what he does next. He has to go from a great talent to great numbers: how many goals, how many assists, how many winning goals, how many goals in big matches. Football is about numbers in a very pragmatic way. I'm ready to help him, I'm ready to work with him. And he must be ready too." Great to know mourinho is desperate to get what i want out of hazard, MORE GOALS!!! I can see his time working C.Ronaldo being a big factor with helping Eden evolve. Thy are different types of player but essentialy they both play the wing in a very similar way. With a player like Ronaldo you don't really have to tell him how to play footy and the same with Eden but Mou will polish his stronger attributes and brush up on the weaker areas of hisgame. kellzfresh
Tchekitchek 37
Hazard is different from C Ronaldo... he is much more creative... I see more Inestia in him than C Ron...

He had a great start and a fantastic season ending. The intermediate period - 2 months + suspended time - he was on and off ok to good. Saying he had a 'just ok' season is quite unintelligible, i think - especially in his first PL year. Let's see this comparison with our finest - Mata. It clearly shows Hazards impact in his maiden year. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1622506-juan-mata-vs-eden-hazard-revealing-stats-to-separate-the-chelsea-pairIf you go further and compare the performances scores on WhoscoredHazard: 7.31Mata: 7.24Oscar: 7.00Lampard: 7.06 So ..... Hazard does have a huge, huge ceiling, which may tempt you to say he was just ok .... But i find it very harsh and unfounded. kellzfresh, Eden2020, Mufassir08 and 2 others

I rate them equally at the moment; Hazard might have a higher ceiling but saying Hazard is FAR better than Mata after the beast of a season he had is just dumb.
