Marco Conterio, the editor in chief at TUTTO MERCATO WEB reporting the same thing and he is saying the deal is almost done.

He says Paris will pay £40m to Chelsea and £5m per annum to David Luiz.

We could conceivably sell Lukaku and Courtois for at least double what we paid for them too. Astoundingly good business compared to what we were doing a few years ago.
