My dad has problems, mental ones, some things are too personal, but there was a lot fights and arguments, got wished I wasn't born etc so I made a promise I'll never go back

I see. I'm sorry to hear that. It's a sad situation, but you have to think that they clearly regret what has happened. They are making an effort.

A lot of things get said in the heat of the moment and the situation must be very hard for you, but you have to think what's best for yourself. Swallowing your pride might be hard, but surely it'll be better to do so and have a roof over your head?

I would suggest you revisit your old school and find a teacher there you liked and talk over your problems.

Sloth, sweetie. Talk to a responsible adult (a former teacher, your aunt, a friend's mum). You need help and you can not deal with this on your own. From what you said I would guess that going home is not the best place for you but neither is living on the street.
