WTF, didn't this guy get banned?

Nonetheless, it was mess up you got banned alone, and not Shane as well.

They need to stop that shit of banning one person. Ban both their asses that where arguing to begin with.

But you still should be banned. If Mods don't hold up the ban on you it will make them look pathetic for just banning your alt account....

Justin, didn't you want me banned to? :(

Off-topic - Since we're talking about JT, does anybody here know him personally? If so how is he really? From his interviews he struck me as a mild-mannered and soft-spoken person and I find it hard to imagine that all this hate is from the bad press surrounding him. UK press at that.

My uncle and a few of his mates where in a nightclub with him, i think JT was about 20 at the time though could've even been younger.

And he was just telling girls to fuck him because he thought he was invincible. Then some of the bouncers where telling him to get out after he started causing trouble and he started throwing money at them saying 'yeah you haven't got any of this have you?, have you fuck'.

To me he seems like a right prick, but Ledley King has done this sort of thing before and he seems a decent bloke. But lets not forget this is when he was about 20 or younger, he could've matured now, i mean now he has kids and that.

Well anyways, I will not get carried away with RDM the first couple of months.

I pretty much know we will be on hot fire.

The momentum from last season will carry into the new one, and will be killing teams.

RDM real test will come during Dec-March period. That is the tricky period where things change. Managers gets sacks, squad becomes thin due to injury and stuff.

He will have to learn to improvise, and manage well his squad.

Weather we start slow or fast is ont be bothered but towards end of nov till February we seem to always have worst runs. Saw a whole list on some website of all the suit that goes down during that time. But if RDM can lead u's through those months as you said yep I agree he would really have proven himself to everybody.

Atleast no more counter attacking!! Haha!!

Dan is a decent source although that sounds too big to have gotten to him before other "ITKs". A one year contract is obviously the sensible choice and it is good we have sorted the managerial issue relatively early in off-season. Having said that, I wonder if we have the backroom staff to support RDM, whether the Board will now have more control than they ever did and how much of a say will the remaining seniors have.

Glad with seeing a decision taken although I'm every bit as worried as I was before it. Maintaining an acceptable league form requires real quality.

So the stories flying round is Roman couldn't convince Pep to rethink his time off so offers Robbie one year deal.. Can just see Robbie getting the boot at the end of next season no matter what he achieves, Roman was willing to give up the first manager to get us the CL. It's a joke tbh. Although I have heard there's going to be some sort of clause in his contract to ensure his security if he does well next year?

All the fans will be behind Robbie next season hope he can do enough to convince Roman to give him the job on a longer basis.

Agreed. Hopefully there will be a clause if he wins any of the major trophies that keeps him effectively bullet proof. I can also remember the praise he received for how West Brom played football. I believe he will slowly go about improving Chelsea's style, particularly with a full pre season and summer transfer window to make the most of.

There are reports I have read that Guardiola is interested in a move to Shakhtar apparently next summer. With a bit of luck he'll decide the job isn't for him, and Di Matteo will be given the opportunity to build a new dynasty at the club.

Hoping to see this confirmed soon.

I guess it's a valid argument to say RDM hasn't proven yet he can also build a new team instead of 'just' picking up the pieces for a season finish, but considering what he has achieved, he has to be given the chance. Even if Guardiola would be available.

That Transfer News Central page spreading even more bullshit as they copy a piece of "news" from a fake Jason Cundy Twitter saying that RDM has turned down the job.

How people believe that page baffles me.

Well once RDM gets the job he will also have to deal also with the shenanigans of Mourinho, who will keep saying every week that he wants to come back to England.....

It was never easy for RDM when he took control of the team, and it will not be easy once he takes control again.

RDM must do an impressive job this first season to shut all the Pep, and Mourinho talk.

If he gets Chelsea playing good in this season and maybe win a trophy or two, he will have cemented himself in the team for some good time to come.
