Don't want him as our manager, hopefully capello. He's won everywhere he's gone!! Why can't RDM leave on a high, his legacy would be in great shape and no one would question him. But noooo let's vie him full time job and see us thorugh this MASSIVE SUMMER window, ehh no.

Have nothing against him, but we need experience people, this core is not Going be able to last full year!! Look what happened this year, they practically played last 3/4 months of season, before that it was everybody else. I want RDM to leave on this high becuz after he WINS UCL, he would definitely deserve a statue of him on the pillars of the new Battersea once we make it final; whitch indeed I think we will.

Drogba quote after FA CUP WIN ( after all records by JT, and him and club) "I think we should change our names to history makers!" hahahahahaha classic, next sig after UCL FINAL!!

Btw I loved how he punched the crest on JT's shirt when he was giving and interview. Proper legend. Sign him up, Roman, Roman, sign him up!

yeah, that's also big + for him, he know how to joke with our players, and he is our LEGEND.

I'll be honest, Di Matteo is a gamble, but he deserves it, i'm sorry i can't say no to him at all.

He's still yet to be tested in the transfer market, he did a good bit of business with Odemwingie didn't he?, so there's a positive. Hopefully he does what's right and can sort this club out, we cannot let him go just because we will think that he might collapse. He deserves the job and rightfully he should get it.

However if we had the chance i wouldn't turn down Mourinho.

Loved the celebrations...least they didnt drop him :D.Has done wonders at the club short time hes been.Spirit is back and the players do act as if they care a lot more then they did before!

Gamble but any manager could be you dont know how they're going to get on with players,if their formations and teqhicques work etc..He knows the club and the players it makes so much sense!

Yep he captured Odemwingie & what about Paul Scharner & Jerome Thomas? Those guys are RDM signings & they are still doing the business for The Baggies. IHMO The Baggies treated RDM wrong. He got them back to the EPL & dumped him when the first bad run he had. I felt RDM had The Baggies playing good footie. Serves them right to seem RDM lift trophies for CFC. Hopefully we can see one more piece of silverware in two weeks. TBH this will be a massive achievement. 4 of our most dependable players out. Two of our starting CB struggling to regain fitness. If RDM does the unbelievable...I don't a ratz ass who might have a better pedigree, RDM managed to take a sour season into one that we won't forget for a long time. Hell we will be telling our Grand-Kids about the Spring of 2012 for CFC. This has been a remarkable run. Even more so than Hiddink's run w/ CFC in 2009.

It will be something that IF, and that's a big IF we win the CL, Roman will finally get his CL.

And this will come from non other then a manager that was never looked after.

We had the best managers since Roman time. Mourinho, Scolari, Hiddink, Carlo, AVB, and nothing.

We went for all the glitter and shinny, that the best product was right beneath our nose.

I hope RDM wins it for Chelsea. It will show Roman that sport is not just about having the best managers and the best players, but also having a little passion and love for a team.

Also our CL finals have come from 2 of the most unlikeliest sources - Grant and an interim manager. It seems we do best after a shitstorm.. nobody expected that after TSO's departure and only lack of luck stopped us from winning it with Grant. Nobody expected Di Matteo to do it either.

I loved the fact he was all over the players after the final whistle but during the celebrations, he acted cool and like an elder. Brought some elegance to the mad celebrations that was happening throughout the ground :)

I hope this win can turn into momentum for the lads, and seal Roberto as our manager. Heart for the team, over heart for money and glory. We need someone who wants to go for the results rather then staying on for the paycheck.

What makes you think Capello will do anything great at Chelsea. He'll probably end up like Ancelotti in terms of his tactics not fitting in with Chelsea's players....and eventually Roman will have to pay a large fee after sacking him.

We need stability at the club for at least the next 2-3 seasons. RDM may be inexperienced but it's not like Mourinho wants to come back to Chelsea...and there aren't really any top-class managers out there, after-all we are being linked to Laurent Blanc, Harry Redknapp and a few other average managers.
