Apparently, De Bruyne was supposed to join Dortmund but Mourinho prevented the move after they refused to open discussion for Lewandowski.

Find that a bit hard to believe as why would Dortmund not want to open discussion with us as I'm sure they would have preferred to let him go abroad as opposed to a major league rival in Bayern.

Maybe Chelsea wanted Lewandowski in the summer or in january, while Dortmund wanted to hold on to him for this season?

Was absolute beast today. By far MOTM. Who'scored even gave him a 10.0 for his performance. He's getting in form it seems. A bit sad he never was able to get match rythm at the bridge, though it's understandable. A team like chelsea perhaps just can't afford the time to get him performing his best.
