JDY 1,290
If he came back now he would only play on the wings.
Hamilton 2,120
Meanwhile Thomas Schaaf is hoping they can hangon even longer at Kevin. Calling him a great player who takes every chance to impress us. According to Schaaf Kevin told him he's having a lot of fun atm over there. Gily 37
If he came back now he would only play on the wings.Which isn't exactly a bad thing with Ba coming in.Everyone was raving about his center position in his last games he played with Genk but everyone seems to forget that was during the weakest period Belgian football has seen, it's no wonder he was shining. Before playing in the center he was an excellent winger, not speedy but with a lot of trickery and pinpoint crosses. He's extremely direct towards goal unlike Hazard, something totally different. zolayes and Weckerz
Ollie 4,400
He's been excellent at Bremen hasn't he which is nice because it's his first season in a team outside of his home country and not one of the best teams but to be so good in that situation shows everyone that he's confident, can adapt and progresses quickly. I look forward to him coming back. Stingray
KonohasOrangeFlash 2,607
I would have KDB back right now.Our squad depth is paper thin atm. What if he doesn't get a lot of games?
TorontoChelsea 4,064
What if he doesn't get a lot of games? And he wouldn't. This is his first season playing in a top league and he's playing well but he's playing the attacking midfielder in the 4-3-3. He has played in the centre of the park before, but he's had most success in attacking positions. He could possibly develop into a deep-lying midfielder, but that's a long-term development. The positions where KDB would play at Chelsea right now, we have a lot of depth and he would barely get to play. He's developing well at Bremen and it's better for him and for Chelsea if he stays there until the end of the year. Hamilton 2,120
Speaking to a Belgian newspaper KDB said that he wouldn't mind another season at Bremen. He also said that he has no idea what the plans are from Cfc with him.

When it's appropriate in a game, he performs those tricks, but most of the time he sticks to a direct style of play, which isn't a bad thing. When it's time for gallery-play, he won't disappoint you, just watch him at youtube. For example :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qp9RmAgVQNw At 15 seconds : Hutcho
Bir_CFC 3,455
I think he's a little too aggressive with his play style to be a pivot player. Instead of asking him to tone it down and forcing him in the pivot, we should either use him as a CM in a 4-3-3 or one of the attacking 3 in the a 4-2-3-1. With a striker like Ba and hopefully Cavani or Falcao next season, his play style would be a great complement.
