Max penalty under this is a fine of up to £2500. After the conclusion of the court case, if he is found guilty, the FA will be able to make a case to ban him from games. He's incredibly stupid for saying what he did though, which is an act of racism. CPS don't have a conspiracy against him, they've just seen the evidence is concluded.Evidence is the youtube video and may be another video. Though he explained the context was different to the way it's been interpreted.Anyway, another month or so more of this b/s being dragged out.
