BlueLion. 21,491
People didn't say the same of Makelele, who is simply a more-refined version of a young man still learning his trade. Ramires is a brilliant player.
Idiot 71
He is brilliant but he shouldn't be the "go-to guy" in our midfield. He isn't that kind of a player who dictates a game... He is a weapon which should be used wisely by an outstanding playermaker
BlueLion. 21,491
I agree. He shouldn't be our outstanding player, but he should be appreciated for his qualities. He is the love-child of Essien and Makelele.

Idiot 71
To say Neymar and Lucas are far better than Götze is laughable and shows that there isn't a lot knowledge of the Bundesliga. The Bundesliga is one of the strongest leagues in the world and Götze is one of the outstanding players there. Meanwhile Neymar plays Football in Brazil, a league with less competition and a total different style of play compared to Europe. Its far easier to shine in Brazil than in Germany...Even more ludicrous is to say that Neymar is best player after CR7 ,Messi, Xavi and Iniesta.... He could develop to one of the greatest footballers of our time, but right now Wayne Rooney fe is far ahead of him...

radaPT 54
Gotze is a brilliant player. He's only 19 but he has the maturity of someone like Xavi.That. Gotze is my favourite from these 3, but expect his price to go wayyyy higher after the euro, also the interest on him. I hope Abramovich moves fast for this lad, because after Euro and probably without Champions League, it wont be easy to get him.

So let's be honest, playing in Kazakhstan would be more difficult than playing in Barcelona ...

Right now Gotze and Hazard are safer transfers than Neymar.

However he turned into an above than average player but nothing more.
