well I am not stating that we did not offer an extension but since most of the people here are assuming that,I just wanted to look at the other side of the debate as well.

If Frank has really said that he wasn't offered then I see no reason why he would lie, In fact it would support my argument of why he went to City in the first place.

And Jose said both Frank and Ashley were offered contracts. Other than the fact that Jose's English is sometimes a bit difficult to penetrate and he fails to quite say what he wants to, it's hard to square that circle.
