dont know what his status at united is but i would have loved him here before we got remy.

chicha is a goalscorer. end of. u can put him on the pitch after 30 games but he will somehow still give you a goal. he is not half as technically sound as remy but he is what he is.

but right now, i would rather give bamford that 3rd striker position. the guy has deserved it.

Fair enough. I agree with you a lot! He has been our gamechanger this year obviously. Winning the PFA Player of the year is not easy at all and he probably won it by far. Bale just has a bigger defensive work rate which is very much in the taste of Mourinho. Of course Hazard is working his a** off but he just doesn't live up to the defensive attributes that Bale is having.

We all love Hazard - i get that. I love him too. But who would Mourinho pick? I am not sure

The trade probably also makes it easier to pick up Khedira and Varane - two players who could really make a difference.

With Real you never know what they're planning to do, first of all both clubs will probably appeal so they can sign players this window, Real could still sell some players and buy others in one window, its nothing for them.

My first thought was that Koke wouldn't leave Atletico, he wouldnt leave when they need him to stay, but than i remembered O.Torres is coming back...

The ban could change a lot, but i dont think it means no one will leave. Hard to see Isco staying in Real for example.

In other news, Di Marzio is talking about PSG and Barca's intrest in Pogba. PSG made "verbal offers" and Barca "working" despite the transfer ban to bring him in summer of 2016.

I would be really annoyed if we wouldnt at least try get him.

A rumor just got out today.

Real Madrid is interested in trading Bale with Hazard. They might even add Varane if Mourinho puts in a few million euros.

In my opinion this is a good trade. Bale is good in PL and has the psychical skills to be one of the best players here, if not THE best.

At the same time, Bale would fit our playing style more than Hazard because of his direct style of playing. He is quick and strong. We need this new face to boost the team. Loosing Hazard is a big loss but getting Bale is a big win.

Who would you prefer?

No thanks, Hazard is just too exciting to watch and Bale seems the type to get a hamstring injury once every 3 weeks... We don't need another player who is injury prone, he runs very hard and that is not good for his body.

Well first off it will put Real Madrid in overdrive. If they know they're facing a ban they will do everything in their power to get the right players in before the ban commences. Also, eliminates other potential targets such as Koke and Isco making Pogba the only well sought after player out there... The market price may go up.

True, but the reports are saying that FIFA wants the ban to start this summer. And while Real & Atletico will probably appeal,, IIRC Real had been warned about this matter, around January (during the martin Odegaard signing) but those allegations were cleared up. Thats why Im not so sure they'll let them push this further down the line like Barca did because they had already been warned.

To me it seems like Real wants Verratti rather than Pogba. Pogba is more on the same position as Isco/James. Verratti's role as the DLP, is more important for them as Modric is 30. Just my opinion... might be wrong.

Yes, he will. Real Madrid saw this coming so this is why they've rushed the Danilo, Odegaard, Lucas Silva and Asensio deals. That ban will start on 29th of May IIRC, so Real Madrid and Atletico can still sign players before that date.
