Does the board expect us to think we have a chance at the title given one move and a manager change? Do they truly believe we have a shot at the title? Is that even a priority?
 
What if we do win? Then it is more incentive to keep the same players again? Has anyone on this board followed the history of sports and championship winners, in any sport for that matter? The champions get complacent and fall off without the right moves being made. We are as stagnant as any top 4 club has ever been, but then again, we weren't even top 4 last season. 
 
I'll be back after the deadline is over. No point in even getting excited anymore.

Well,,the board and roman main expectation is attacking football and CL spot (if we're luck). So the title just bonus for them...

IF they were serious about wanting CL football they would be doing all they could to give it to us. I'm sorry but it cant be done by bringing in just 1 player into this system no matter how much I like him. I desperately hope I/m full of shit.

Something just doesn't feel right at the club at the mo, one signing 60 mill budget roman cant get in the country....

Maybe selling the club is romans only option now I dunno, but this shower of shit transfer windows have to stop. West ham have spent more than us!!!

I know and I know I shouldn't let it and should be used to it but it saddens me.

Roman saw what we were capable of and he helped put us up to the level we deserved to be at. And to see that for how many or whatever reasons he doesn't seem to have that commitment now is strange.

But little bits haven't been right and it SEEMS like things are coming to a head.

It would be great to get Romans head (and his supporting passion) back with us. But if he cant be arsed any more then he should sell us on.

I feel very plastic and a cunt for even thinking it but its all about the team.

Problem is conte bought players for his style of play... we are completely going in a different direction now, and I for one dont believe jorgie is enough.

They do that allot. But as been discussed many times the Chelsea managers job is head coach.

Thet might like more to do with transfers but only give advice on the type pf player thats needed

I think they may give suggestions - Like Sarri sating he couldn;t make things work without at least Jorgi but as was in Mous 2nd contract they have no say on incomings and outgoings.

i think paper talk.  everyone would be happy to train a chronically injured player and a player who was recovering from a knee ligament lesion
