Okay look Justin... i know you fail to jump on bandwagons and stand your own ground, but sometimes you just be too negative, if this is you just being honest then your even worse than me when it comes to negativity because i am very negative, i'm just not a confident person, because when i am confident nothing ever works out. Or are you just arguing because you want to?. At the end of the day this is a forum, not the whole Chelsea crowd or the media, were not hyping him up were proud of him. And i don't think he was excellent, he came on and did well, however when he was holding the ball up he should of made 2 passes to the side and he would of created wonderful play, even one on ones. But he looked very confident, and that's what i like about him, his diving header was a very good effort, he even gave a good option for Juan Mata to square the ball to him, so he was spot on with his positioning.

I think we all have a right to be happy with Lukaku, i wont compare him to any player i think he's his own, even though he is similar to others, but so is everyone really. At the end of the day hes very young and did well for that age, but i don't think you should be so negative about it and especially say 'meh' like you don't even care, it's pretty disrespectful from you to be honest.

I remember the Kakuta debut for Chelsea, and a lot of people where over the wall for him!

no one is over hyping him ...merely saying he had agood debut under very trying circumstances ... Im sure he never imagined coming on

We where winning when he came on. And I don't think he came in place of Drogba. That was Anelka.

The difference is Lukaku will definitively get a lot of chances in the nest 3 season's purely because he is a big money signing.

i was very happy with him still got some work to do but i can see him being big for the club and a plus for us he loves Chelsea so w know we will always get 100% from him

What the fuck is wrong with hyping up (or being excited about) a very talented 20M 18 y/o striker who just had a decent debut for us? If he fails, I'll complain then. Hell, I'll probably forget that I said good things about him just like I forgot about Kakuta's amazing debut.

Not the player, more the (potential) impact..

He went from having the greatest debut of any young player under the Roman era. Winning the Euro under-19 tournament Golden Player for outstanding performances, to being snubbed by Carlo in favour of Kalou. Or ‘King Kalou’ as people refer to him on here.

Kakuta started couple of Champions League games on the right wing and wasnt anything special. He started games against Villa away and wasnt special. Carlo is not to blame. Kakuta like million other football players or sportsmen across the world suffered a loss of form and was eventually benched as performances werent up to mark. Add to that injuries he suffered. last season.

I shouldn't reply to this because i think this is just going to go on and on and on... but just to let you know, people are different, like Terminator X said, Carlo killed Kakuta by not giving him a chance, also with Borini, Borini never got a chance, i also liked Stoch but he never got a chance in premier league football either... but don't judge Lukaku on these people, only one of them on there was a striker, and Lukaku has proved himself much more than Borini in my opinion. And i think Lukaku is a better player than Borini, this is football, anything happens, everythings a gamble, just don't be so miserable... haha miserable this is coming from me... the most negative person on this forum... now Justin that's saying something lad.
