Lukaku is 20m max, maybe 25m with bonus but never ever more. You get to 30m+ mark after you have at least 2 solid seasons(30 goals or so) at a decent league(Portugese/Ligue 1/BBVA/BPL/Bundesliga) if someone offer 35m for Lukaku that would be the biggest lol ever considering Falcao is only 15m more, Cavani 20m more, Copsta 3m less, Rooney 5m less, RVP 10m less and so on...

El Shaarawy isn't a striker and has been awful ever since Balotelli arrived

Benteke is older and is currently struggling - even in his poor form he would cost 25m at the very least.

Mario Gotze would cost 40m at the very least.

So basically all of the players you named are either older/worse or will cost more than Lukaku - great arguement
