Jase 43,479
Had a fair game. He looked a bit nervous at the start but setteled in nicely as the game went by. Don't really understand why he got subbed especially that it was a like-for-like substitution with Mikel and not a tactical change. But it's good to at least know he is still in London!Because he wasn't 100% fit??
CHOULO19 24,332
Because he wasn't 100% fit??Well, we if he was really 100% fit, he didn't show any sign of it. You're not really buying the clubs "sick" story to justify his absence?

I'm actually upset not because he was subbed but that it was mikel who came on. I wanted Lamps to come on so we could really go for the game. The final ball was exceptionally poor. And also, I think RDM had gone there with the safety first approach and making sure we get at least a point to stay within the Top 4. Term-X 7,891
So what happens if Luiz or Cahill get a knock during the final?, do we risk bringing on Ferreira in such a high intensity game..Or use Oriol, he does have experience as a centre back after all. In fairness, Bos has done very well at CB everytime he played there.

Spike 12,049
Would a pivot pairing of Mikel and Romeu be too negative?Surely the 4-2-3-1 allows for such positioning 4-3-3?
CHOULO19 24,332
Would you guys rather he or Bos plays as CB on Sunday, since we know Luiz and Cahil are not fit?I've never seen him play there, but Bosingwa on the other hand has performed surprisingly good at CB whenever needed. Plus that would keep him away from the RB position!
bluesman2610 1,417
romeu played cdm as well as cb in the u23 tournament that spain won with his fellow teammate mata.. from what i saw he is also a very good cb due to the fact he reads the game very well and his passing out of the back could be very useful

I think Romeu is the safer bet, Bos could replicate his form or run around like a headless chicken.
