Chelsea Sack Andre Villas-Boas

Nice one. He's the one to blame I like the guy don't get me wrong but after half of the season I can say that I'm not satisfied with our results, style of play and philosophy even blind man would notice that after 6 months this system doesn't work. We are closer to fail to finished 4th than wining EPL. If we can't handle teams like Norwich, QPR, Swansea we should stop thinking about UCL. I even fear to watch our next game...

Sign Willian now for 29m or someone else in summer for a bit more?

Whatever he does he would get stick from fans...

He had time and money to replace some of his current players with better ones but he kept saying that they are good enough even though the whole world knows they aren't.That's what pisses me off.

Touche.

At the end of the day, people can say what they want about him failing to reinforce. Their isn't top quality players availible in January. I'd rather we hold out for Lucas and Hazard in Summer (2 possibly unreal signings) then panic buy and get Willian. I know the void is their, and I think we have let some of the wrong players go, but I don't want to be lowering the standard in January to get by. That is the defintion of a panic-buy. No matter what AVB has to stay, other wise this painful transition would be utterly pointless and a new manager will come, go to board and revaluate our tired and aging squad. With the potential signings of Hazard and Lucas, and the return of Mceachran and Kakuta our teams would look worlds better instantly. We have to be patient, and hope our players can pull through!

His philosophy of football is brilliant, it's his lack of experience which is causing us to turn to shit,

I still believe he has what it takes to be on top of Europe in the sometime future, he just needs time

I do blame him for the fact he is not focusing on this season and this current squad.

Of course he's focusing on this season, don't know where did that come from. Probably another inbention from chelsea fans.

That would be very unprofessional of him and even unambitios when we are still compiting for two cups.

Him apparently being happy with the squad he has, no more signings which we are in desperate need than any top 4 club, reasons why it irritates me

The thing that bugs me the most is that he constantly praises this bunch of sloths and even rewards them with a free trip to Mallorca.. How on earth are they going to learn from that?

What he does to the cameras and what he does to the players in the dressing room are 2 very different things

Well, although we might need another year to judge him properly, he's not doing himself any favours with his selections. You do not play Meireles, Romeu & Malouda in a midfield 3. There's no goals in this team or creativity. It's not good. Still gonna keep my faith in him and see what he's gonna do. I still feel change will happen for the better but it won't be yet. Hazard WILL come in the summer and will change a hell of a lot in this stagnant team. Hazard out wide with Danny, Mata in the middle, Torres getting service up front.

It's gonna be a very painful next 4 months but we just have to deal with it i'm afraid. I'm not gonna post in this thread again until exactly this time next year and i will give my final opinion on the guy.

Sometimes criticizing on all fronts works better... It will hurt more if it goes public, some might not care what he says to them privately, because it doesn't hurt their public ego and image. I can imagine what Mancini or Mourinho would have said after a performance like this, with it not being the first one, but a single game in a sequence of many shit games.

So what you want Carlo out after he was sack for similar nonsense, and saying "bad moment"

Come on, at this point of stage two managers with the same problem you got to think rationale and realise it's not the manager!

Jose was the king of the siege mentality, them against us, us against the world...I dont recall him coming out and criticising too many individuals (joey aside :D )

Exactly, he just seems too soft. Some players deserve to be publicly criticised for their recent performances.
