So you are judging his qualities based on his short time here at chelsea?

Why are you ignoring his former jobs?

What are you going to say if he builds a new team andachieves something great? Oooh he has suddennly impoved.

Its not AVB that is doing the changes.

AVB only do what they say he must do, thats been this way since Roman bought the team.

Lot of people still dont understand how this work. Chelsea is a club that have its own politic. If AVB is trying to refresh the squad its not because he is very smart and he decided to do the changes, Its because THE CLUB decided that players like Drogba and Lampard are not anymore in the long term project.

Its pretty clear that Chelsea has a long term project that has nothing to do with managers. Thats why Lukaku, de Bruyne, Piazon and players like that arrived and werent AVB or any other manager's choices, and thats why Ballack and Joe Cole left. Carlo Ancelotti did not ask then to leave, but the club decided it was time for farewell.

So it can be AVB, Fabio Capello, Rafa Benitez, it doesnt matter. The club is trying to refresh the squad, AVB's job is the motivation, tactics, formation and subs. And he is doing it fucking wrong.

Avram did better then Carlo second season, and AVB first season.

Are you going to tell me because of that we should hire him again?

He looked pretty good against Levekusen and Fulham early in the season.

Fulham?, you think!?, i can remember him and Kalou constantly getting chances like obvious squaring chances but they kept taking shots and hitting them at the side netting, useless bastards. Levekusen, hmmm can't really remember, i remember Sturridge having a good game because it was his first game on the right wing and he played well, then had a shocker against Man U afterwards, and Anelka came on and did very well, can't remember anything from Malouda however.

My biggest fear right now is us sacking AVB, Jose returning and it not having the desired effect while AVB is at Inter, Madrid or god for bid City replicating his Porto success.

Makes me nervous thinking about it.

Well we don't have to be scared if Mourinho came back with this team, because point being, it wouldn't be this team, Mourinho would have sense to buy players, and another point he wouldn't come to Chelsea anyway, he will come back to England unfortuantely, but i don't want him anyway near here, because if it's not with us then it's going to be bad, he's going to make another team stronger. And if it's Man City, god save us.

If this happens, that we sack AVB just after firing Carlo and spending so much to get AVB, then I don't know what to say.

You know it's funny that I critizice and dislike Real Madrid because they are a circus with their merry go around, and Chelsea a team that I support is turning out like that.....

Jose would come back to us in an instant if he got offered the chance, Jose does love us and the fact he quit Porto and Inter after 2 years but stayed with us into a 4th season despite the boardroom power struggles says it all.

He admitted he got a job offer after the 07 FA Cup final and in hindsight he should have took it but he stayed despite all the trouble's that surely suggest he loves Chelsea.

But we should let Jose be what Jose is, a beautiful past of the history, nothing will ever change that.

If that is the case then there is the problem. The Manager should have the say in who goes/who comes in.After all he's the one who has to make the team work.Should be his choice who to buy/sell.And that was the problem with Jose and Carlo having players forced on them that you could tell neither really wanted but yet felt had to play all the time due to their price tag.
