Not only individuals, but the team and its performance.. "bad eggs", "not good enough" he said more than once.

And it was the special one who was the main chef. Of course Jozeey can't be blamed he's the best.

Mourinho was the main chef or was Abramovich? I clearly remember Roman fucking him off, he was given "bad eggs" and even the best cook can't turn shit into bread.

So he should follow Joses mantra or be his own man? I prefer he does his own thing and sticks to his own methodology. I dont profess to be a manager of any sort but i dare say he knows more than any of us on here about how to manage his players

I have been chill on avb and directed my anger mostly towards players, but yep he's starting to do himself in. Imagine what C.A would have been able to do if he was given "time" something we all know avb has. He won't be sacked but NSF season it wont matter wat his situation is. Now he has time and suddenly the whole rebuilding thing has to be done nxt season!!! What the hell! We all agree like 7-8 players need to go drogs, Anelka, mikel, bosingwa, ferriera, Malouda kalou etc. Som why not get rid if 3/4 now?? Oh wait they were supposed to be evaluated by the 'group one'. One who would look at the team as whole not individual players of different skill sets. Man hasn't that backfired!! the oldguard has their minds set on future big money teams and endorsments. Don't kid urself people. But what avb maybe should've done was to really assert himself come in get rid of 5 people and let the remaining know he was happy wit them AND REPLACE/PROMOTE YOUTH with those players he let go but this group reevaluating thing honestly makes them look like school boys trying out for a team. Would you want to looked at as a new signing when you've been playing for 6+ years eating Gid know how much!! I wouldn't!!

But then the 4-3-3!!!! If your givin lemons are you Gona make a freakin milkshake?!?! No, work with what you got!! Anelka was replace by Mata. And also Studge. So why didn't avb keep Malouda on LW, Studge on RW and mata in cm?? I have no fukin clue. Did he expect mata to controll the game from the wing??? My oh my football 101, control MIDFIELD! only way to have great wingers is by giving themthrough ball or passes into space (so they can use their pace) Real Madrid have best winger on planet (IMO) in Ronaldo, he can't do shit vs barca cuz they control flow of the game by controlling midfield. Yes Malouda I've heard it all, but we did win games with him playing right?? And ultimately he was in the starting lineup week after week during our comeback trail against man u right last year right? So he can deliver, weather it be as stylish as we've been a costumed doesnt matter results do, we know that!! So, hope fully we play mata in cm with Malouda and Studge on wings instead of Malouda as a midfielder. It's my opinion. We haven't done any better with mata on wings and Malouda in cm have we???

yeah yeah, just stating my opinion on him... I know he's a specialist in his job and all, but we comment on politicians and governments every day, yet we know jack shit about their professions in reality.

I don't want to derail this topic, but what kind of foundations? Okay, the signings have been for the future, but they aren't making an impact for us yet (except Mata and Meireles). Yes, it did look like we were striving for different kind of football at the beginning with the high line and stuff, but I can't see any difference between now and last season anymore. Otherwise I agree with you, but I just don't see anything different in footballing style and players except for Mata and Meireles (and Sturridge).

The current foundations I see from André are an attempt to ship out this Mourinho ghost that always haunts this club whenever a run of performances are not going according to plan. What André has done this season, has attempted to fix that spine of the squad we used to fall back on. Mata, Romeu & Sturridge have replaced Malouda, Mikel & Kalou/Anelka. Now he's trying to players like Hazard of Willian which will move Mata into the middle and replace another Mourinho ghost which is the conventional 4-3-3 system.

We've seen an experiment with a 4-2-3-1 formation where he's used Romeu & Miereles as the 2 holding players and the rest fit in front accordingly. He's revamped the club's scouting network and he's laid out clearly, for the squad, his vision for how the football should be played & the methods in which they adopt. The high line was a massive issue in the beginning and now defence is not a main worry. He's found cohesion amongst the back4 and even though we see the frustrating Bosingwa, he has used Ivanovic at RB when he feels the CB's are right.

It's not all complete and of course we're missing a lot of creativity and other elements to make his attacking philosophy work, but he's taking one problem at a time and right now I'm content with our defending when we have Terry fit.

okay fair enough, this is something like a mini transition that inevitably comes along with every new manager.. but the real transition would be something else than what we're seeing now. hopefully it will kick off next season.

Well, although we might need another year to judge him properly, he's not doing himself any favours with his selections. You do not play Meireles, Romeu & Malouda in a midfield 3. There's no goals in this team or creativity. It's not good. Still gonna keep my faith in him and see what he's gonna do. I still feel change will happen for the better but it won't be yet. Hazard WILL come in the summer and will change a hell of a lot in this stagnant team. Hazard out wide with Danny, Mata in the middle, Torres getting service up front.

It's gonna be a very painful next 4 months but we just have to deal with it i'm afraid. I'm not gonna post in this thread again until exactly this time next year and i will give my final opinion on the guy.

midfield No lamps obi ram ess returning from injury ,,,not many options left

We'll get another manager soon mark my words. He won't be staying for next season, Roman will blame him for not winning the league and the CL with Raul Meireles, Jose Bosingwa, Malouda, Torres, 50 year old Drogba and 50 year old Lampard  .
