Right!, i made this thread on what you think should be done about AVB, what do you think of him?.

I at the moment think he's a bad manager, i can't see anything coming out off him, he's proved he's stupid with subs, choosing players, motivation, working with youth and thinks it's against the law to spend money.

In my opinon a manager always shows how good he is, in any squad, AVB has just shown he's terrible, he's shown no signs of a great motivator or anything, he's just been shit.

Yossi Benayoung loaned out, what is up with that?, okay he isn't a great player but he's a useful player what good is it loaning him out to a rival, and most of all a rival who is fighting for the same spot as us, we need him more than Arsenal do, he's also got Arsenal 6 points alone, with a last minute winner from a header, and a last minute assist to Robin Van persie... what on earth is the point in this?, it's actually very retarded, we needed him in the United match, but instead we had to play Malouda who made us draw the game. He has shown he can work with Torres, last season Wigan game. Our squad is small, but no he's still on fucking loan.

Motivation, okay Raul Meireles, good player, not great, but at the moment, terrible player, and out of form, and has been for months, has AVB done anything?, even with the advantage of managing him for a bit at Porto and the advantage of them both being Portugese, has AVB had any affect on him what so ever?, NO!.

Our starting eleven is decent, decent doesn't get you in the top 4, infact decent gets you about 7th place. We have no bench, our youth players get no games, Bertrand for example, instead Ashley Cole plays every fucking game there is, and if he's banned, super bosingwa plays, who i'd also like to mention, why does he love BOSINGWA!?.

Alan Hanson went on about Bosingwa being a laughable defender, but AVB still plays him all the time, even in big games, and what's with him taking Mata off in almost every game?, it's not necessary, he doesn't need to be taken off in every game.

But the biggest part what's pissed me off is not spending, we need new signings, an overhaul, a winger and a playmaker, not an attacking player who is loaned out to genk for the rest of the season. AVB has been a retard all season, our record this season has been dreadful, were 2 losses off our loss total last season, AND IT'S THE 11TH OF FUCKING FEBUARY, and we have NAPOLI TO PLAY!, who will eat us alive.

I think he's a fail manager, i can't see him being great at this club, i want him out, however i hope i'm wrong!.

And for the other side of it, i'll admit his signings have been good, Romeu, Mata, Lukaku, and you know what who can do well in this team?, not many but i bet they can do a lot better than AVB in terms of motivating and such.

And i keep hearing these points about FFP, well if it means missing out on Champions League, do it, it's our own punishment, and it's a better way to get through a punishment, rather than suffering lots of horrible season for a Champions League what we wont even be able to win anyyway becaus we wont spend. We should of spent at least 2 players and additions to the squad, not including Cahill or De Bruyne (because he's not here at the moment), a playmaker and a winger, but nope we didn't get it.

Please share your thoughts on AVB, if you think he's the right manager, should be good to see some opinions.

Well i've had huge concerns, because he's showing no signs of a great manager, i mean for example if Guardiola or someone, or Redknapp just two good managers (obviously Guardiola is better just a random sample) had the Chelsea team, you would notice we will be scraping out results at least and players will be playing better and putting more heart into it, esepcially under Redknapp, as for AVB he's been very poor in many departmants of managing.

Honest to god dont know anymore.The thing is he seemed to be unafraid to bench players mean a few months ago he was benching Lampard and it worked!Upset Lamps but we didnt exactly struggle without him..so whatever happened after that is a mystery because its not happening anymore.He keeps playing the same old lot and clearly...its not working but you know next week...they will still be played!

And subs...never understood his subs.They get crazier and crazier but against City and Valencia they worked fine!Guessing that was a one off or a fluke or something

And we did go through stages scraping results..but where teams do that and get better we've gotten worse!There is no passion in the team anymore and thats down to the players more then anything.They dont see to give a shite and clearly need to go.But if we get a new manager in summer.They wont see those problems..so the players will still be there and then as the season goes on..then they'll realise the problem but by then not much can be done

He needs to make changes and now!We're not winning the league so just needs to think sod it...play who he can get a performance from not the big names who you think would play cause they're not going to!

Well look, the last time we won a game in the league it was 1-0 against Sunderland (i think), and we wernt even good in that, Bentdner should of scored, and then we drew shit loads more games, Swansea we should of lost. It's just getting really stupid now, are you confident in us winning another game?, i'm not because i don't know if will draw or play like shit today and lose, the inconsistency is driving me nuts.
