He's not wrong. With Christiansen coming back and happy needing minutes, I really don't think we need to add a CB in the next window. We've got the potential to lock down 2/3 of our CBS for almost the next decade. Let's not screw that up by creating a logjam at CB.

Seems like the lad has matured a ton over the last year and a half. You can see it in his face that he's grown up too. I think he'll surprise a lot of folks and get into the squad on a regular basis. Sooner rather than later.

Don't think this would be bad business IMO. Bats has potential, I think we can all see. He needs consistent minutes which he just will not get with Costa in front of him. Costa isn't getting any younger, however, and still think he'll be off to Spain eventually. Might as well lets Bats get a lot of minutes for a side who desperately need it and Llorente can deputize for the handful of games we need him to this season.

I wouldn't mind 40m tbh, if it's during the winter window. I know he's 30, but he'd solidify our title bid this campaign and would anchor our midfield for the champions league next year. I think we could realistically get 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 years of him at his best. A midfield of him and Kante would be dope.

I can see the future: He signs for us. Goes on loan with 3 different clubs in 4 years. After his third loan stint we'll sell him for 10M, doubling our profit.

The two touches he took with it in the air were smooth. He's truly a class above.

If he's off during the summer (Which i still don't buy into) Oblak is the only goalkeeper I want to replace him. If he sticks it out 2 or 3 more years then Donnoromma will be old enough to consider.

Damn, no love for the little Spaniard on here today? Thought his pace was key to the Pedro-Hazard-Willian front three. And say what you will, but he finds a way to score incredible goals when we badly need one. For all of the trash that has been spoken about him, he's proving to be a pivotal piece for our title challenge.
