Essentially, when mikel is introduced all attacking instincts go out the door and we park the bus hoping and praying that Thibo going to save us........ And yea the city and united games were the top of my head, but a few times, he was introduced and if it chaos... So, unless your betting on Thibo to save us everytime, Mikel is not and should not be an option. He can do one thing well, play as dm/cb when the bus in park and even than, I don't think he plays that well. Jose already had a better dm on the first team and he loaned him.

Take a stab at raphael from United. Very pacey, brilliant going forward and if Jose can control his temper, would be a far better player than Ivan the striker.

If Costa played well for Spain, his price tag would of been better. Ask Cuadrado and James Rodriguez about national team performances.... Also, Nigeria is not Spain or Brazil in terms of prestige... Thats the big difference and it was mikel's performance for nigeria that warranted his transfer battle between here and united.....Not his club level performance. Oscar is a starter on both brazil and chelsea. Played significant amounts of games and contributing significantly in the first half of the season, whileas both KDB and Mata was sold, Salah loaned, and schurrle was sold.. How can anyone even say he's not worth 20m is beyond me.

Torres was sold for 50m when he was a full time starter for Spain. Oscar is Brazil second best outfield player, not the worse player in the starting 11. Mikel plays for nigeria. Mata was sold for how much money after being benched? Schurrle was sold for how much money after being benched? Luiz was sold for how much money after being benched?

hardly worth 20m? He won titles here. Sterling won nothing. Oscar is a key player for brazil, which in itself raises the value. How can you say oscar really hasn't offered much in the last 2-3 seasons? When he was essentially a starter since day 1...

They will sell cristiano before they move bale. Isco is very good, but James already proved to be a better player than ISco under Carlo. It's a good problem to have but Isco/Kroos will probably be the one to lose out with cristiano, james, bale, modric and vidal...
