To be fair (apart from Shevchenko) Drogba got back in because Torres was plying so horribly the first couple of months he was with us (Drogba was average to poor for most of that season and Carlo was playing him as a starter no matter how bad he was like with Essien and Malouda). And with Anelka he was scoring goals left right and center and it was only when Big Phil go sacked and Guus was appointed that Anelka got unfairly shunted out wide to accommodate Drogba.

Quite funny that all the goalscorers (except maybe Cahill) had below par games today.

You should not keep players just because of "experience". Experience should only be seen as a helpful tool, not a necessity.

So from what I'm getting from that post, is that we should always downplay anything Torres does, magnify on any mistakes/poor performances he gives and never say a good thing about him, yet with Kalou we should build some holy shrine and never say anything perceived as negative because its blasphemous? You pretty much do that anyway, you're just as bad (if not worse) then the people you condemn.

You have, Francozola has, Peace has, Tomo has (again, I'm sorry for bringing up names, but I need to show evidence), again your using a lot of confirmation bias and nit picking. From my perspective there are people who give Torres over the top praise but also over the top criticism, as with Kalou. Get a grip and stop trying to group people into vague categories.

And what actually constitutes as a "Kalou hater"? Someone who does not constantly praise him to the extent as you do.

Read previous post, your making a very stupid generalization. I have been critical of Torres on certain occasions and defensive to Kalou on others. I think you need to get your head sorted out.

And for all of the talk about a certain group (so called "Torres fanboys/girls) that take a very irrational and and apparent unfair view on players, you have at many points been one of the most irrational users in many parts of this forum.

How did you come up with that conclusion? Going back on the pages of this thread I see that posters like Francozola (deep apologies for bringing up other forum users here) take a very critical view on Kalou but an equal view on Torres. Therefore that is a very sloppy and unfair generalization
