Just like Pogba, hell yeah !
-
Haven't watched too many Juve matches this season. But watched majority of the 2012/13 and 2013/14 games and Pogba was 4th midfielder in my opinion. Has quite the distance to best level of Marchisio and Vidal.
-
1) Marchisio was Juve best player. If Pogba would do the backheel like Marchisio oh my, 150m€ price, a "proof" for his unbelievable abilities ! If Pogba reach Marchisio level in the next 2 years he will be damn good player. So far can only dream of that and has to work quietly. 2 ) He is 22 and BTW how long his age will be quoted ? Just because Marchisio and Vidal aren't 22 they are not worth half a Pogba. It's ridiculous. 3) Varane and Fekir are 70-100m€ players ? Both 22, unbelievable talented, hell Varane should be worth even more in that valuation since he has shown goods consistently at the highest level. 4 ) Matic - RLC - Pogba, midfield with no creativity ? Neither of the three can pass opening ball. 5) Lastly, his agent and Juve director are doing a damn good job to milk someone. I think in today's market, considering the age of Pogba, talent, current abilities, potential but also lack of abilities to controlling matches and inconsistency his price should be in 40-50m€ price range. But "somehow" they brainwashed so many and general media opinion genuine believe that Pogba is worth anything more. Then most fans believe in media opinion and when they see Pogba doing anything, literally anything good, he is praised for that as a proof for his worth. Not every player has that comfort. But that's how human's brain works, if it believes in something it will try to defend that and therefore convert anything to see a proof for that ! And what is surprising is that Pogba from interviews seems to hard-working bloke who knows very well about his shortcomings and is eager to work on that. So 70-100m€ price tag seems only fabricated by his agent in which many fans and journalists believe. Pogba was elevated to elite level while he is far from that.

http://football-italia.net/67475/fiorentina-sack-montella-today I think it is likely now he won't exercise an opportunity to come back to Fiorentina.

Pogba so far can only dream of being at the level of Marchisio, Vidal and Pirlo. I'm huge fan of Pogba talent and have watched him in over 60 games and while he has flashes to be really, really special there are things that encourages you to think that he can well doesn't reach that level at all. I'd like to see what Mourinho would do with Pogba and I think Jose is the perfect manager for him. So I'd bring here Pogba in a heartbeat. But on the other hand the price quoted is SO STUPID and the most frustrating thing is that many people fall into that trap. Then you have people from WAGNH who wank at every opportunity and treat Pogba like a saviour. There are articles who convince you that he is on Ballon D'Or level and every team that buy him will rule the world forever. It's just ... what the hell ? He has failed in EVERY big game I watched, no ridiculous belters either. Why Fekir isn't quoted to be 100m€ man ? He has every talent to be.
-
Let's bid 100m€ for him.
-
You're right https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-lsMf8-SR4 I don't see many penalty goals at the end. Looks like the whole thing was made up. Plus this suggests that he was VERY consistent from January http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/falcao/leistungsdaten/spieler/39152/saison/2012/plus/1#ES1

34 goals in 40 games. Season earlier 36 goals in 52 games.
-
It would be disaster and I'll be so sad if he moves here. Now there's time to make final step with highest quality player and imagine ending up with 25 yo old Douglas Costa, who so far has played only in Ukraine ... Sterling, Di Maria, Fekir, Griezmann I think every one of them is attainable with right money, which club have at the moment. Chelsea need 3 starting quality players and a couple of squad options, if they can't add according quality for each position then leave this for next year and don't settle AGAIN with CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE.
-
I think he has about 60% of national team matches in the last 2 years. He has played in every game in the last year when he wasn't injured. But really, he has 15 senior matches at the age of 19, got debut at the age of 15, how would that not qualify him for special talent merit ? Omeruo was at similar situation 2 years ago, was below 75% of national team matches but he was 20 years old regular national team player and he got work permit via appeal. And the second thing is that Bertrand Traore has the second goals+assist in 90 minutes ratio in Eredivisie. The first on that list is Memphis Depay who was sold for 34m€. That's not enough proof he's good enough to elevate quality of the league ? It looks easy case that he should get work permit via appeal but the only major obstacle is that the new rules are in place from this summer on and they were put in place to minimize attaining work permits via appeal. So the panel that gives WP maybe wants to make the statement in the first summer with new rules. If he doesn't get work permit now he should go to Lyon and play in Europe because most of the times the reasoning behind appeals is that the player has history in European competitions and that's the proof of the highest quality.

Lol, Telegraph AGAIN confusing pounds with euros. The loan fee will be about 5m€ which I'm okay with. I was sure that we buy either Dybala or Icardi but today is the day where both signed new deals. It seems that we lost on our targets and try to make up this with Falcao. Actually I'm excited.
-
I checked "sources" from Columbia with translator and they really are writing all those things that are currently on Twitter. So it seems that this deal genuine happens. Right. If Mou says it's good then I'm good. One only caveat is that he maybe does favour to his old pal Jorge Mendes like he has done several times before. That just little problem I have with this. Apart from that I'm perfectly fine. Oh and BTW maybe I missed this but I haven't seen any 25m£ involved in this. If it happens, it will be loan with small fee to Monaco.
-
Me too. And he apparently is available. Lyon won't sell both Lacazette and Fekir in one window, they want to keep at least one to have star for stadium opening in next season. But they have to pay for the stadium (about 200m€) and they will collect money in the summer. I read that Fekir is likely to leave from the two in this window. Both will be gone by September 2016 though.
-
Yep although 20m€ is realistic. Let's hope he has good Copa America and sell him as he is hot property. Then we can bring actual Chelsea quality and someone with balance (!!!) and close control for that RW position. Fekir seems perfect.
-
Bold. I think he isn't typical number 10 but someone who can be great cog in the machine between midfield and attack. If Mourinho doesn't rate RLC work ethic he would love Musonda. He has amazing technique, I think clearly the best in Chelsea alongside Hazard and recently he added tracking back and tackles to his abilities. When he put muscles on his frame he will be perfect for Mourinho in my opinion. I think with his energy, consistency and hard-work he will easily play in many teams in Ligue 1. Let's hope for good loan.
-
Whoa you just reminded me that apparently he signed new deal in 2013 worth 1,7m£ a year. He certainly needs a kick in his backside because he has steadily regressed since. As they say, as Steve Holland and many others say, Jose is the best man-to-man manager in the world so he certainly tries to stimulate the subject.
-
Miranda is far more interesting option. I wonder what Atletico will do now, he is 31 and with 1 year left on his contract. Chelsea can buy him cheap and go all out for Pogba
-
One thing I'm sure now that Mourinho went for size in RLC. He moans about his lack of commitment when he has brilliant tactically aware kids next to him. But they are not 6"4' :(
-
I don't get it. IF Mourinho really wants commitment, tracking back and defensive solidity then he has Colkett and Musonda who have impressed in those areas far more than Ruben ever has. Ruben has problems with stamina and tracking back since forever. Why oh why he has to be so BIASED over the size of the kid I really don't know. He has brilliant tactical aware kids near him, it's easy solution ...
-
Boga lacks confidence at the moment and it's nothing to do with playing at first team. He was the same as in the last months for U21. Though you could see at the end of the first half that he can switch on and when he does, oh my. I was concerned with him previously but now I am REALLY concern. He desperately needs to go somewhere and feel love, get a coach who like Rudi Garcia was for Eden, give him an opportunity to play with seniors and grow his confidence to express his talent in less stressful circumstances. We can't lose him and it's crucial time now because I feel we're losing him at the moment and he is regressing. Eden already had full season, 30 league games at the age of 18 and Boga hasn't even got his debut. Sort this shit out, Chelsea.
-
Lol. If he wants hard-working kids then there is quick solution for this, he can choose either Musonda or Colkett, who both are pretty damn good at tracking back and defence. Though neither is 6"4'. But nah, that's tough love treatment as you say. I remember that Varane hasn't had easiest time before. I didn't pick up Ruben's lack of effort so cannot confirm if there is really some substance to the assessment but it's clear as day to me that seems like stimulation process.
-
Reus is undoubtedly a better player for me and I agree that we need creativity but Griezmann is very good player with fantastic movement and elite technique. He adds goals to the side and not frustrate like Schurrle and Salah with poor first touch and ball control. I don't think that Griezmann means that no other offensive player will be bought. There are rumours about Oscar going in exchange with Juventus for Pogba, PSG are interested in him, Real maybe with Benitez going there also there are rumours about Cuadrado going back to Italy. Oh and about Griezmann http://gianlucadimarzio.com/en/calciomercato/vietto-admitsshould-atletico-pay-release-clause-i-could-leave-villareal/ http://www.marca.com/en/2015/05/30/en/football/spanish_football/1432989952.html If Atletico buy Vietto, Griezmann is close I think.
-
I'm prepared for his signing already, don't want to change this.
-
But the story came from Spain originally, especially from El Confidencial and Kike Marin which are very reliable as far as I know from Cesc/Diego Costa saga last summer.
