  1. Never heard about this guy before and I'm usually up to date with any emerging top talent. From description guy looks like a beast but I'm hard to believe that. Why ? Youri Tielemans is a top talent, absolutely gem and has everything you want from future top midfielder. And now it's hard for me to believe that about same time Anderlecht release another gem from their ranks. For me Chelsea should go for Tielemans either this year or next. Slightly offtopic but how is that most of young players from Belgium top academies are very much two-footed ? Whenever I see young Belgian one thing that strikes me most is that they generally can play with either foot with very ease. Our very own Charly Musonda is one example, Youri Tielemans another. Must be something to follow for other countries because I still see in young players that it is often neglected.
  2. It is Well, I understand what Joker10 said. I get his feelings. I also was pissed off like in every big game this season because I know even currently we're capable of imposing ourself better. Why the hell we have to nullify Spurs when it surely should had been other way around ? But I know Jose so well to the point to know that he doesn't trust his squad. He's not feeling over confident with this group. He still says here and there that there's huge work to do, that he builds and tries to compete with what he has. That last sentence is crucial. That is the reason why I forgive, when emotions cool down, any so defensive approach this season. And pray, hope, well actually know that if he will have free picks this summer who he wants and who to bring we will repeat City at the Etihad last season on regular basis, when we played a real beauty, purposely counter-attack at pace while beaing defensive stable (basically my kind of football).
  3. Yet another time left in the big game ... He's the biggest asset that remains in our stable. His remaining book value is as low as 9m£, he'd easily fetch like 25m£, so 14m£ would be profit on FFP books plus like 5m£ from his wages, that's 19m£, that's annual cost of player who's fee is 55m£ and is getting 150k/week (Pogba ?). His sell would massively help Chelsea spend this summer rather than waiting another year to get their hand on new 2016/17 Premier League (and getting enormous help with fight against FFP). If Chelsea do this remains the question but I wouldn't be surprised if Oscar was the one to sacrifice in pursuit for world-class player that otherwise we'd miss.
  4. Searching through internet abyss 3 years ago I managed to select people who get inside connection with Chelsea. It was through trail and error method but finally I left with 3 or 4 who really knew what was going on. It was fun but then Jose came back and destroyed the party. He literally obstructed any leak that those people had. I've got no info at all. Maybe I was only ghost on this forum but I was here everyday, reading discussion, those who wrote their concerns with sense and those who replied to them that they're moaners band. Then I saw the guy who got so-called inside info. It was way more exciting straightaway. I was waiting patiently if this Yokohama talks comes to any fruition. It did. I'm thrilled as hell for that because ... It really isn't point of nationality, age or race. Having inside info in such huge organisation is exciting as hell
  5. In the light of this Yokohama deal, on which I'm still shaking my head, there's more to that. People forget but there's new TV deal in Europe which kicks in from 2015/16. UEFA sells rights separately to each country and gosh, England again pay exorbitant money. 2012-2015 deal from Sky was worth ~400m£, the 2015-2018 deal from BT is worth ~900m£. That's 125% growth. Missieur Platini said that club's can expect on average about 30% growth but clubs from England can expect 50% or even more. Add to that we're expecting to finish 1st in domestic league so it will be the biggest slice of the cake for Chelsea. Overall from Yokohama deal plus new Champions League money (enhanced TV rights + finishing 1st instead of 3rd) Chelsea will receive like 40m£ more next season comparing with this season. Well, annual costs of Hazard+Diego Costa+Cuadrado are around that amount. Duncan Castles wrote that Chelsea seek training-kit sponsor and also work on "possibly others". I read somewhere that there's a talk about selling stadium name or at least training ground name. Thorgan Hazard, Petr Cech, Mikel, Moses, Remy, Marin, Romeu, Piazon possibly leave and from my estimation about their fees, wages that they free and remaining book values it will give Chelsea +50m£ with fight against FFP. Oh, and Premier League give Chelsea over 50m£ but that's from 2016/17. All in all, there's heck load of money to spend. I hope that Jose will be the one who picks the players to arrive.
  6. Regarding Kurt, I feel he's still quite a way to be fully polished. He relies on pace more than anything. Positionally he's still not on Chelsea level but gladly he's freak athlete. Dunno how long he will be on that learning curve but only this season he got his first real knowledge on that. As to his performance yesterday it was dependable but nothing more. He's got to exclude Erikssen from this game and he's done that but so often he wass off the pace and didn't exactly know who to press. He's still kid positionally-wise. I don't fancy him playing that again on Wednesday, still think that either Luis or Azpi are the best because they're so good at "intelligent" pressing.
  7. Yes we need Varane. I like Kurt but Rapha's on diffrent level talent-wise. He's got absolutely everything to be on par with Baresi and Beckenbauer in the future but he must change environment. Let's not forget how good he was under Jose. But somehow his talent stalled when Jose left. Varane is probably my favorite non-Chelsea player and even for his own sake, not even Chelsea sake, it would be the best advise to reunite with Mou. Jose alone said like one year ago that Varane is 1 of 3 best young players in the world. Jose and Rapha's, that's perfect match.
  8. LOOOL why people acting here like if this is exclusively to either play good or win ?? That was no classic performance, far from it. I'd run a rant here how pissed off I'm now to watch any big game Chelsea play, how coward approach is getting on my nerves, how I sometimes doesn't care if we will have a luck or not. I'm sorry but you can't say to me that we play good or anything. We relies on set-piece, luck, isolated situation from Hazard. Every big game is the same. The line which on we step is very thin. PSG game, woow 1:1 good away result, not to mention that if we were a bit more unluckier it'd have been 4:1 down. Yesterday we scored a goal from a completely isolated situation, set piece which lucky rebounds under JT leg 6 metres from goal. And even after he shot there is ricochet from Spurs player. The goal number 2 was again isolated situation with Spurs throw the ball into their own net. We relies hugely on luck, on isolated situation on defenders playing like snipers, on Cahill's flick, on Hazard moment of magic, on rebounds. But! I don't care how we win this season as long as we win. I want us to wrap this title up in the league. 2 trophies would be fantastic return from this team. As I said I love Jose and I know it's not his team still. There's still over half of our players who weren't bought by him. The videos above keep me strongly in position that this fantastic manager is still there, the one who I fell in love long time ago. And he often wasn't usual self during his drought, which for him was eternity. And while I still don't enjoy us play this season in any sort of big game and don't fancy to change that until the next season, it's fantastic that we're winning the trophies while being far from finished team. Because Jose said that we're far from done, so I let him do his work in the summer to bring another 3 or 4 fantastic and importantly "his" players to this club. For sure I'll be pissed off in the way we play our next big game this season because I know we can much better but I know Jose so well to expect that if he doesn't have 100% confidence in his team (and he for sure doesn't) he will play as safe as possible, even cowardly (he himself calls this "strategic" each to his own I guess), which pisses me off to death but at the same time I know how genius of manager is there and I know he's team can play beauty and win at the same time. They're all kinds of beauty and personally I love deadly counter-attacking football and at the same time I love Guardiola-style football. I saw Jose teams many times and I saw them play beauty counter-attack at pace, where almost any transition was dangerous. What we play I can't call counter-attack, I'm sorry. We try but we're far from being good at this at the moment. But ok, Jose'll buy his players who won't ruin almost every counter instead the ones that will play forward with pace and precise. It will be epic soon. AND IT'S SO FUCKING GOOD TO WIN TROPHIES WHILE WAITING FOR THAT TIME TO ARRIVE
  9. Fantastic press conference, can't describe enough how good is to have this back. I love Jose but the way how he approached the media, press conferences, everything was so dull this season and I'm the one who loves his personality very, very much. And one thing why I wanted to have him back is because he give me buzz before the game in a way that I watch the match with huge exitement. But this season in particular it was so boring, non-thrilling ... And he won a trophy and instantly he comes back to his best. Compare this video above with his press conference on Friday witch was so boring and meh. I see passion again in this man, the way he celebrated, the interview. It's fantastic. Let's see if he keep that up in the next press conference.
