The only real controversial members to exist on this board were myself, badboy & Henrique, the others are boring and being negative for the sake of it. We should scrap that category now and call it 'most depressing member'. -

Could this be the best ever Chelsea squad?
Term-X replied to Gilvorak's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
We weren't reliant on new signings that season though (09/10), this season however.. 'for success' we're relying on Chelsea virgins to win us the league. Costa, Fabregas will be key, whereas in 09.. the established players was all we needed, and signings like Zhirkov were useless anyway. -
*Just checked out the Arsenal site for the first time* and yea, pretty much identical, wtf.. The official site was best in 2005, the guy doing kick-ups for the loading animation, the site was predominantly silver/grey colour-wise too, looked classy af.

It was such a small-time move for Arsenal to bring back Henry, it's a backwards step; the big clubs move forward, they don't look back.
-
There isn't a better way to leave a club than having your last ever kick be the winner in a CL final.
-
Or maybe it has more to do with this being Real Sociedad's first season as an Adidas club, making communication more streamlined. Perks like this are usually part of the hospitality.
-
Mainly because Centre back is one of the safest positions to develop a player, especially in a well organised side like this one. So with a hot prospect like Zouma, I'd like to see Mourinho take a chance on him.. plus, Cahill would still get plenty of game time with a 33 year old JT. Then you need to get a sense of perspective, because I once read a bushman post..
-
They've added a massive chelsea badge to the floor of the changing rooms.
-
Lmao at everyone dropping Willian for Schurrle because of the World Cup. ----------Courtois Azpi - Zouma - Terry - Luis -Pogba-Fabregas-Matic- --Willian-Costa-Hazard Old school 4-3-3 with Fabregas furthest forward. #Martinhadadream..
-
Check out the player pages, they've improved ten fold, the last website hadn't been updated since 2009.. and it showed. Anything is better than the old site, but Monaco & PSG's sites are still the front runners. The last ones looked like daily mail articles, one picture.. then just a short story about their career.
-
This is much better.. The only qualm I have is that info bar at the bottom, PSG have the best site imo, closely followed by Monaco. There is a reason more time and resources have been put into the 'look' of those two sites.

Shit response is shit. Bushman II

You are responding to a guy with a question mark in his username, he's clueless by default.
-
The general consensus is that in the big domestic games he let's the occasion get to him, like Suarez. However, if he can put away 20+ goals against the minnows there will be no complaints from me.
-
Copied and pasted the stats from a la liga fan, one error.. still concerning.
-
We talk about how Didier was a 'Big game player', well.. this concerns me: 0 goals against Barça in two league games. 0 goals against Barça in the Champions League quarterfinals. 0 goals against Barça in the Supercopa (two legs). 0 goals against Real Madrid in the Cup competition 1 goal against Real Madrid in two league games.
-
It doesn't get more bizarre than this one though..
-
Victor Valdes has failed his medical at Monaco due to a serious knee injury.
-
They actually have 3 sponsors on their shirts..
-
The article fails to mention that 17 is traditionally an unlucky number in italy, so it's not some sort of idiosyncrasy from Cellino himself. It's like 13 over here, as silly as having unlucky numbers is. Madness, either way.
-
I'm not. PSG alone have raped italian football, very soon even with only Monaco & PSG.. Ligue 1 will overtake it, those two clubs are willing to spend more than every club in Serie A combined. Italian football needs investment.. and It's a shame, because around 2004/05 Serie A was equal with the PL in terms of quality.
-
Demba Ba has 19 and Torres 9, I'd imagine the club will wait before putting his shirt up on the megastore. No point giving him the number 57 or whatever, then selling Ba or Torres, only to have a bunch of fans buying the previous.
-
Aside from the obvious Moscow/Munich and actual 'moments', I'd say Shevchenko not working out was the biggest disappointment in regards to 'transfers'. Torres.. well, I'm not even disappointed about the whole affair now, it's more comedic than anything, he's become a punchline. Sheva however was never a joke, we all wanted him to succeed.. sooo bad.
-
Barca now have 2 sponsors on their shirts, I just hope we NEVER do this.
