  1. If there is any position we are totally sorted in, it's central midfield. Matic-Fabregas are now the stalwarts, Yaya Toure & Pogba won't come here and sit on the bench, and the formation is unlikely to change.
  2. In his book Ibrahimovic said he would have died for Mourinho, maybe under AVB or a coach without any backbone a player would start to ask questions.. but not Mourinho. "We talk about it for 20 minutes and then we decide I was right" - Brian Clough on dealing with players in general who disagree with him.
  3. I got so caught up in that guys comment.. that I saw the red mist and looked past the fact Hazard wasn't even in the starting eleven or the bench, LMAO.
  4. You 'suggested' it by mentioning his name in conjunction to this thread and to the post you were responding to. Based on recent interviews of Hazard speaking about the constant communication, vice versa.. 'as I already explained above'. His dad and Mourinho himself also talk about him being an old fashioned footballer and a humble guy in general, no way would he speak ill of Jose to a rival player like that.
  5. Although.. Looking at the lineup again, a case could be made for Salah or Demba Ba, the others are all Mourinho men.
  6. There is no chance Hazard said it, he says Mourinho calls him and contacts him daily, they have a father-son relationship; Hazard's dad said Mourinho is the one to take him to the next level (Check the Neville interview). And even before their relationship, Hazard explicitly described Mourinho as a "god". The smart money is on Kalas, with Torres as an outsider.
  7. City fans are far worse than Scousers. They also think they can get Guardiola next season, as if it's that simple.
  8. Just wish this wasn't my last memory/association with him, we really need to win something this season to take the focus away and for Didier to leave on a high. It's been said over and over again, but there really wasn't any better way to leave the club than the way he did in 2012.
  9. A lot of over-hit passes tonight, sick of seeing all the heavy touches too.
  10. The City result makes up for our slip up.
  11. It's just an off the cuff remark in his book, I doubt it was part of some sort of master plan to ruin Chelsea. He doesn't care about Liverpool now, he's not that type of player, if Lampard isn't.. he certainly fucking isn't.
  12. Too happy about the City result for this to ruin the night.
  13. What does he have to gain as a Barca player?, it would be a strange thing to lie about. It's not even that much of a headline, not big enough news to reach the dressing room.
  14. It's clearly Kalas, those exact words couldn't have come from anyone else. Torres was on the other end of the pitch, miles away.. he wasn't man marking Suarez.
  15. "What else can I do? If I don’t, I won’t play. What would you do?" - Kalas http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/nov/05/luis-suarez-chelsea-liverpool-jose-mourinho “Every coach plays the way that suits him, so I don’t mind that,” Suárez writes in his new autobiography, Crossing The Line. “The only thing I didn’t like was the way that they wasted time from the very start. I was asking myself: ‘Why are they doing this from the first minute?’ I even asked one of their players. ‘What do you want me to do? If he makes us play like this, I have to play like this,’ he replied. ‘What else can I do? If I don’t, I won’t play. What would you do?’” Looking at who played that day and who would have been within speaking distance of Suarez I can't see past Kalas. Mourinho pretty much has the dressing room by the bollocks, so it couldn't have been any of the regulars. Only someone who's insecure about their place in the side could say something like that.
  16. Yes, but he's not a 'first team' player anymore, last season Mourinho alluded to Ramires being one of his untouchables.
  17. What an absolute mercenary, at least people like Nasri etc are open about it, and don't try to pull the wool over peoples eyes.
  18. Nah, nothing positive about today, we don't even need to think about United in the title race. Happy day for some of the undercover City fans on here though, might start checking bluemoon forums for matching usernames.
  19. Massive 3 points for City with us fucking up at Old Trafford, can see them going on a run of form now after this.
  20. FFS, watch Liverpool now get a fluke win over us.
  21. We really dodged a bullet with Rooney, he would have been a one-season-wonder (at best).
  22. FFS, with City's form.. United actually had a chance today, Smalling should retire after this.
  23. Who the fuck is this?, it's unreal how little strength in depth United have.
  24. 'Chelsea' getting away with murder, what's good for them is good for us today.
