    That has nothing to do with brand value though, that's City's way of getting through FFP and using their family to sponsor themselves.

    Bit misleading with those separate awards and fancy pic of Messi, they were only placed 5th in the world, Emirates & Qatar were voted above them.

    Bit of an entrepreneur, I have a start-up.. so naturally obsess over how to get people to buy into things. Re-name the 'I've donated' tag to 'True Blue', which would be more of a status symbol and everyone will want one (it's how the club itself entice people to pay for subscriptions). Also, currently we're not allowed to have GIF images in our sigs and there are limits on avatar sizes, and the amount of likes you can give; 'True Blue' members who have donated should have those privileges given back to them.

    Wasn't a claim, just stuff I've read from articles/interviews, if the guy I'm responding to posts sources, then I might make the effort to get hold of the shit I've read over the years, meh.

    He spoke in interviews about how hard it was on them, 'leaving London' and their friends/schools, and now he wants stability 'for them'; hence why Mourinho constantly traveled back to London during his spells in italy & spain. I read an article saying how his kids were going back for their exams, so clearly it wasn't as clear cut as staying there.. but the point remains.

    If Real go for a striker, it's clearly going to be Sergio Aguero not Costa.

    I remember reading Match magazine in 2004 and they once dedicated two pages to the coach Roman bought for us, all luxury..mod cons etc. That article is only judging the outside of the coaches, i.e.. the paint work.

    His family live in London and continued to live in London when he was in italy, must have been lonely. Being at Chelsea means he's closer to them, so he could only ever have love for Chelsea. Also, Chelsea fans get confused when they hear Mourinho saying the best moment of his career was winning the CL with Inter, that doesn't mean the same applies to the club itself.

    It's the Champions league ffs, get a reality check. We weren't good enough to beat Barca/bayern.. Liverpool weren't good enough to beat Milan etc.. etc... etc... ETC. I'd rather have them knocked out in the group stages just to be safe... that's all.

    City winning it.. IS a possibility, it would be well in tune with the spirit of the competition to not rule anything out. Andy Townsend screaming 'GET IN' when Aguero scored is something City fans will be banging on about forever now. City showed 'fighting spirit' tonight something WE are famous for in the CL, it's part of our DNA in the CL, it's practically copyright infringement lol.

    It shows any rich guy can take over a club.. buy players and win the CL, it degrades our legacy. As mentioned before, the never-say-die attitude and all the injustices we went through doesn't go into the history books, only the results.
