I used to like it very much.. now with all the narcotics, I don't... very sad . I remember when Pantani got removed, then Festina... I stopped watching after that.

Great! You know our Colombian heroes! If you know of the escarabajos, (ciclismo is very famous in Belgie, no?) then I think you are a nice person! You are how old? I think many people here will not know stars from 90s. I am 26, so even me, I could only see little bits of them. But the tragedy is Andrés Escobar .

Why talk the shit about my familia?
-
Sorry, this thread is not to talk about players you liked when you were a chico?

Faustino is very loved here. Even though Falcao is better, I think Asprilla is still the best striker of Colombia. Here is a great goal he score in Serie A. It is at 3:52
-
Great striker, defeated Liverpool in Athens, very happy goal celebrations- Inzaghi!
-
This is Asprilla, very good Colombian striker. He played for Newcasle maybe 15 years back.
-
I think we were better when Byron English worked in Chelsea.
-
Maybe Malouda wanted to still play for big European team? Maybe he got told by his French manager that if he moves to Brasil or Arab country, he will not be choosen? Maybe he think Chelsea can still win Premier League et cetera and that is why he did stay? I think the expression is 'do not judge the book by the cover'.

Big man, big respect. Hero of football.
-
Bosingwa is a nice man. Maybe not so good at football, but still a nice man.
-
I know it is nice to think like this... but I think he is telling a lie. World Cup is the biggest in football. FA Cup, anybody in England can win. Portosmouth win FA not long back.

Paulo is my favourite. I used to play right defensa, so he was always person I look up to and want to copy. I will be very sad when he left.
-
Bayern is the very bad team. I do not like them at all. Borusia are ok but I dont like how everybody suddenly love them. Bandwagon fans.

I thought he was Colombian and was very happy for a little bit.. then I see he is from Ecuador.. very disappoint

Cathy Misses First Game for 34 Years
EBH replied to Fulham Broadway's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
I think, people like her, they are wasting theyre time. In 34 years she must have attended 1000 games, 90000 minutes. That is more than two whole months of life sitting in a stadium. She has thrown away a lifetime on a simple game. -
This is not true. Everybody play 3 midfielders.

Motivating is the most importatnt part of being manager. Tactics and everyhting else is second. Look at Ferugson.

You are crazy if you think Ovrebo was match-fixing. If he was, then Barcelona would have gotten a pelanty or a Chelsea red card that would help them score. Leaving it to the stoppage time shot is cutting it fine for a matchfixer. No, it is the referee that gets bought. This thing happens all the time in Colombia. Not the whole result is thrown, maybe a yellow card within 10 minutes or a penalty or a goal at a certain time. Fixing a whole match is not easy.

5 games, only? For such a low act, I was thinking more than 10. You cannot hit a child, even if you barely touch him and he is behaving unfairly.
-
I like to call him, the False Nine.

No one will shine in Liverpool.

Anybody is better than Torres. Saying that we should keep Sturridge because he is a better than Torres isn't a proper reason.

Please prove different. I challenge you to tell me Michu is a worse player than van Perise without using FIFA, or youtube, or talking about things like technical skills, because they are subjective. And prove me wrong without talking about his history. Until you realise that numbers are everything in football, there is no point arguing with you. Keep making the castles of sand about Tiote being better than Mikel or even a good player. He is not. The numbers show he isn't.
-
No you didn't. You made some stupid joke about Mikel and Kalou being world class. No one is saying that. All RyanDavson said was that Mikel is better than Tiote. That he is. Tiote is a poor player in a poor team. We cannot buy people like that, he is not good enough. And when these people try to prove to you why they are not good enough- by showing you the numbers- you reject it.Sport is entirely about the numbers. Yes, Michu is as good as van Persie. His numbers say they are. He doesn't earn the same money or win the same medal, but he is just as good as him right now. If a player hits those numbers, good things will happen. It has to happen. That is all sport is. It's one big mathematics problem.
