This is something more than a rough period, it's more like the start of a downward trend I just wish Mourinho would hold every player accountable for their poor performances this season...rather than having double standards and playing favourites with Ivanovic/Fabregas. I wish people would understand that some youngsters would rather play regularly and enjoy their football than sit on the bench and hope their manager picks them once every ten games. How about a real life example: A) would you rather be the guy that worked at a big company but never got respect or recognition from your boss or B ) would you be the guy that worked at a medium-sized company where your boss loved you and gave you recognition for the good work you did?

There's nothing wrong with his mentality, he just wanted to play regular football and score goals as 20 year old kid. Some players take longer than others to mature. If he's not a starting striker at a top club by 25, then I would say his career is being wasted

Hiring a young unproven coach may sound great in theory...but in reality, they would most likely fail to deal with the pressures associated with managing a club like Chelsea It's not just about growing with the players...you need a certain personality and mentality to coach the big clubs and from what I've seen...there aren't that many quality young coaches available (aside from Klopp, Simeone)
