Thinking again selling hazard is not an option. We would never be able to convince top players to come and replace him because we're not in the Champions League anymore. There's a limited number of quality starting players we can realistically get, payet, pjanic, jese, imbulla. And ibrahimovics contract is expiring in the summer could Conte convince him since he plays two strikers?? Not much to choose from to improve our starting lineup quality. So we have to keep on hoping that next season hazard gets his motivation back. Luckily Conte is like Mourinho in terms of motivating his players to perform well. Since hazard needs someone(that he's not quarreling with) eto, Drogba, to motivate him before he can play well, that could work well for us next season.

Maybe playing through injury has slowed him down. That's why he can't go on long dribbles like he used to. I've always advocated that he should improve his vision, shooting technique and creativity even last season, now he's lost the dribbling it has exposed the level of his other qualities. I agree with you, technique and brains over anything. Look at payet and mahrez, all technical and intelligent and they are tearing the league apart. We need that level of quality and intelligence in our team.

I've always loved players with technical quality and finesse shooting. He's an absolute joy to have in our team as a young lad

I wouldn't say he's overrated, he just needs to have matches where he's unstoppable and not concede anything at all. For example, his best match is against PSG last season, he made so many saves but still conceded. Apart from the manutd 0-0 match where both him and degea were good, I'm struggling to remember a match where he made lots of saves and still kept a clean sheet.

His reflex is good but, degea, neuer, bravo and even keylor navas are monsters in reflexes. Courtois just needs to stop conceding at the near post to put my mind at ease

I don't hate Courtois, I love the aspect of his game where he catches crosses, It's a very big help to our defense. But since he got injured, he's been beaten at the near post time and time again. I absolutely hate keepers to be beaten at the near post, in fact that's why I consider mignolet a terrible keeper, I hope Courtois brushes off this near post syndrome.

Cech is no neuer but he's far better than Courtois in distribution. I don't think you realize how bad Courtois is at distributing the ball. He's also so slow at closing down people at his near post. Every single time a goal sneaks in. Courtois needs to have a man of the match performance while keeping a clean sheet. He can play so well but always ends up conceding somehow, very frustrating.
