Everton helping us out Spurs vs Everton 1-1 Man City vs Everton 1-1 Chelsea vs Everton 5-0 Everton vs Manchester United 1-1 Everton vs Arsenal 2-1 Next up: Everton vs Liverpool
-
Fantastic news for us. One of the most consistent players in the team and absolute warrior.
-
Let's hope Everton does something, because I'm beginning to worry about arsenal. They've gone behind 6 times and still won the match this season, they've had their customary injuries to key players like carzola, Ramsey, bellerin, even recently mustafi and they are still winning. They have performed average in a lot of matches and still managed to carve out victories (last minute penalties, last minute handball goals, Sanchez escaping red cards, last minute equalisers) It's getting annoying and them suddenly finding out Sanchez is a very good striker now means that arsenal for the first time in years have no weakness in defence, defensive midfield and striker departments. Giroud is even a bench player..... Hopefully they buckle against the tough teams.
-
Costa's last 9 PL games: 36.8% chance conversion rate, 21 chances created, 20 take-ons, 7 goals, 4 assists and 0 yellow cards.
-
Liverpool drew 2-2 Looking good on the ALPT
-
All five teams are fighting for the title. Only in laliga with Sevilla (under Sampaoli) have a genuine 5 team fight for the title
-
Yes scousers 2-1 down to Westham
-
Fantastic goal from our main man. The most consistent attacker in our team. Even though our midfielders were off on their passing, off with their dribbling and didn't press enough, he found a way to get us yet another win with a superb goal
-
Yeeeesssssss!!!!! Our best player has delivered again when others haven't
-
We may not win this match from what I've seen so far. We're not pressing, we can't get quick one touch passing, hazard is off, costa has no space among so many defenders in the middle.
-
He's bullying Luiz, our one touch passing has been poor, costa has been kept down by so many defenders in the middle and hazard isn't asking for the ball enough or dribbling enough again... Our other dribbler Moses is not taking Philips one on one..... Annoying Rusty performance
-
Matic is looking rusty
-
More like very Relieved that he's fit
-
I think we are performing a little bit better than expected, a win against westbrom and we have more points than in our title winning season and on course for 90+ points.
-
He's been working on those biceps
-
Fantastic from our goalscoring machine. Got us the win against Westham, Watford, Middlesbrough, mancity, got us a draw against Swansea. Contributed assists and delivered performance after performance. Fantastic player, his desire to perform is as good as any footballer in the world.
-
Wow, Mourinho is becoming the Donald Trump of football. He worries so much about what others say about him and so insecure that can't resist to respond, even if its a lie.
-
Now this is the type of starting 11 quality player that we should be signing. Easily replaces Cahill. Getting him for 25mil in this market is a huge steal.
-
We already have Willian who is like chamberlain. The only advantages chamberlain has over Willian is age, homegrown and two footed. Let's use our squad or Academy for squad players but when we want to buy, buy guaranteed starters and quality (This is how Madrid do it, world-class starting 11 and squad players like vasques, nacho, asensio on the bench who come on for injured players).
-
I think Alonso would be even worse in a back four. He'll have only two centerbacks as cover instead of three. From City's passing images above, it's clear he's been targeted now because of his lack of pace and cahill's poor one on one ability. Hazard too is more forward than Pedro/willian on the other side too, so adding fabregas close to him was just overkill.
-
I know he contributed to the problems KDB, navas and sometimes silva caused mostly attacking from the right wing (Matic usually filled in at centre-back when Cahill followed the runner behind Alonso.... fabregas didn't do this which caused 3 v 2 situations à lot) but I was impressed with fabregas staying centrally beside kante, disciplined, not leaving gaps in and roaming anywhere he likes. It looks like Conte has actually helped him with that.
