I don't know if its just me but, I think neymar has gotten worse than he used to be. He used to be better at dribbling, passing, shooting, crossing and even his vision seems to have reduced. Hazard is looking the better player now, I wouldn't have imagined that a year ago.

People are forgetting that mourinho also brings in fans for the club (just like rupert follows benitez). He attracts a lot of media attention and indirectly means more money to chelsea. I miss how he takes all the media pressure to himself and reduces pressure on our players. All these media that hate chelsea will have something else to write about with mourinho at the helm.

Can we stick to the match thread and ignore that rupert or better yet ban him.

I quoted this before, he needed a few steps to become considered at that level. He was weaker on the ball earlier in the season than now and he wasn't shooting with power, and was shy to dribble when he obviously is talented at it. Now he has suddenly got so much power in his left foot, and he's so two footed. He doesn't fall down as much as earlier in the season, and see how he did a robana to 3 players easily when he gets aggresive in his dribbling..... He's just 22, in 2 years time, he will mature and be more consistent. We shouldn't sell him for anything in this world, when barcelona fans say they have messi, I want to scream dat we have hazard too :cfc:

Ba - passes to teamates, opens space for players, holds up the ball, lays it off and makes runs into the box, has a reasonable first touch. Torres - passes to opposition, blocks our players shots, can't hold up the ball, a statue in the box, makes a run into the box once in 3 games, can't control the ball with that wonderful first touch. Both can't finish but we all know who's far better, don't be naïve.

The red card was terribly harsh. The ball hit below his arm on his chest. Even if he handled the ball, it should have been a yellow only. Fletcher was even offside before the handball so the penalty was a little controversial too. Well dats norwich's luck

Emenalo has been in chelsea since 2007 but became director of football in 2011. Positives - We started planning more for the future as most of our recent signings(mata, hazard, oscar, azpi, moses, piazon, kdb, lukaku, courtois, etc) point to that fact, especially compared to how it was before (torres, ballack, shevchenko, etc). The older ones we signed (merieles, benayoun, Ba) were all CHEAP signings to solve present situations at that time. Especially the case of missing out on an original target, (modric) so they filled some gaps in the squad. We have about 15 young players on loan gaining experience in order to break into chelsea squad as a good talented player. Some of them are a success so far, (Lukaku, Debruyne, chalobah, courtois and hopefully piazon) They have been given the opportunites to break into chelsea using the same methods sir alex used for welbeck, cleverly, and wenger used for wilshere. We finally made some profit in accordance with the FFP. Big thanks to RDM for that. We are also up for a deal with a company which will take effect in the records next season to add some profit to us. I read somewhere that jose coming back depends on Emenalo stepping down, unfortunately its a no brainer, he should move back to the scouts if that is what it takes to get Jose here. Our managerial situation is a bigger priority, hence i think emenalo can come back only if jose moves on from us.
