Our needs or problems. 1. We need to have a particular style of play. Possesion game or counter attacking.(Jose used pressing and counterattacking with long balls) right now we play like this today, like that tomorrow we looked confused all over. Sticking to one gameplay will solve this. 2. We need the right players for each style. For possesion game, we are missing the most important piece which is a regista. For a counter attack system, we need proper goalscoring wingers or assist making wingers if we are playing with that identity. 3. Rafa is terrible with his subs. I don't know if the pressure from the fans is making him think like a fish. 4. The day ray wilkins left chelsea was the begining of our freefall in the league competition. I think the players need a strong motivator like that. 5. The board planned for the future and forgot about now, loaning players to develop all over and didn't look at our tiny squad right now. Their style of buying young talents to develop into stars is wise but they need years(2-3) to improve to chelsea level. The only chelsea level loanie is courtois and kevin de bruyne. 6. The atmosphere in the bridge doesn't help our situation but it can't be stopped. Its frustrating the way we play sometimes and we all already hate rafa. Boards mistake not to recognize that.

How did we become so much dependent on one player Our starting line up yesterday only lampard and mata are recognized goal threats. The rest miss chances and we suffer from this, the importance of a goal scorer is so massive.

The board were used to buying anyone to solve their problems. With FFP, that has changed now so i think they came up with a plan to buy a lot of young players with great potential, loan them to various clubs for experience and get them back when they become big players we usually spend cash on. The problem is that they forgot about our small squad right now, and were too busy trying to balance the books on FFP. When they realised almost all of the on loan players are not chelsea quality yet and that it will take time we were already in the mess. They now tried another drastic decision by hiring a new manager to spark a season revival. But their choice was a horribly woeful one, someone that is hated by the fans It has never worked, just ask alex mcleish of astonvilla and gary megson of bolton, they felt the full effect of this. I just hope something can be done, before we go even lower than this.

The way it is easy to play us with this system is baffling, all the opposition has to do is sit in their 18box, allow us to pass aimlessly and when we lose the ball, they break and score. The fans hate rafa, he doesn't make reasonable changes or subs and can't motivate players to save his life. No manager which the fans hate has ever been successful so I think he should leave for the good of our club.

This^ Hazard kicked the ball, the boy faked it and rolled like a baby. So if ball boys are allowed to jump on the ball now, we probably will need an extra 10mins of added time for ball boys grabbing all throwings and goal kicks. WTF

Juan had his worst peformance in a chelsea shirt yesterday. Chelsea is officially a one man team. I can practically tell if chelsea will win a match after watchin mata for some time. This is ridiculous!!! We seriously need genuine replacement incase he pulls below par peformances. He is seriously exausted now. Willian or isco now!!!!

I'm begining to really like kevin. I never really watched him but I later did and my goodness, he has that beckham vision for a pass. I read his tackling is bad but I don't think pirlo's will be much better. From these stats, its proof that he is one of the top cm in europe now. Since we can't play two defensive minded people in the pivot, I suggest we should get KDB back next season to slot in here. He is just too talented.

I didn't say he should leave his role and become a striker I said he can also give long passes to the strikers or attackers from deep. Which he is scared to do. @bold part is exactly my point. I guess so. He was a better player when young, more like a yaya toure. So it was shocking to see him play differently when he started playing constantly for chelsea. It just seems he doesn't show his full talent. Sometimes you just show what your capable off once in a while you know.

He is a good technical player, strong and can pass. He has an ability he has which he is scared to use, which is to give overhead passes. Which makes me blame his confidence for that.

If we are playing and his pass can put the striker on a one on one situation, why doesn't he do it? Its not like a pass to the striker or wingers will kill him.He has so much talent that he wastes and its frustrating. In an under 21 or under 19 international tournament, he came second behind messi as best player. He could dribble and pass. He comes to chelsea and can't pass again, I think he should have a better long range pass than luiz. But because of his low baby confidence he never attempts a pass to a striker at chelsea, when he is obviously good at it. Even luiz looks a better long range passer than mikel, because he never attempts it. It is really frustrating
