His technique is immense. Crazy for a 17yr old. It's pple with technical quality like this we should be playing in our attack starting lineup, if the whole team is having a bad match, their techniques can provide one moment of brilliance. I really want him and traore to make it here. If there is any hope for our youth system they have to.

Final ball/end product problems so far.

Having watched a couple of matches and focused on his vision and eye for a pass, I have to say its fucking good. His speed of thought reminds me of ozil and he doesn't have to adjust and waste some seconds to give the pass because he can hit the ball accurately from any angle with the outside of the foot or inside of the foot. He isn't worth 80mil but he is technically one of the best players around already imo.

Were better than them imo (pirlo is not as good as he was 2yrs ago and immobile is no lewandoski) If we lose to them I'll be disappointed.

As for the pivot, its on par with city. Yaya/fernadinho was still a devastating pivot last season, buying fabregas doesn't mean yaya toure wasn't arguably the best midfielder in europe last season. And aguero is on par with costa. We underestimate city's team too much. They're still a little better than us if we remove the defence and keeper. I was just comparing starting lineups from midfield till strikers, of course if I include the defence, it evens out between us.

Maybe 40appearances was too much, but about 30 is realistic. Mourinho is a man who rotates his strikers well. He'll get about 15starts IMO if he's patient.

Mata was a fantastic final ball passer but Matas main problem was that he couldn't keep the ball under any slight pressure. Remember how he needed hazard and Oscar to rotate with him so he doesn't have a marker closing him down and he quickly released the ball to someone when rushed because he rarely could get around his man due to poor physique. Even ozil who we think is weak physically is by far better than Mata in protecting the ball in his possession under pressure. Because he had more acceleration and strength. In fabregas case he has what Mata doesn't which is more all round play. He can come deep and spray passes like sneider, he has better strength to hold unto the ball if yaya rushes at him(this Mata can't do and we know ) just like silva uses his body to shield the ball and not lose possession. And fabregas is still better in throughpasses than Mata IMO. Mata is no slouch in passing but fabregas is just better. Fabregas used to dribble when he was at arsenal, but I don't know if he can do it again or he was forced by Barcelona system not to dribble.

Would be great if Jose speaks to him man to man and lukaku makes a realistic demand of making 40appearances and 15-20 starts, while making a realistic stake for a first choice place.
