  1. The main reason is he prefers passing back to ivanovic when he can't dribble or his crosses never get to anyone. He needs more vertical through passes to the running costa to get assists and he needs to get into the box anytime hazard dribbles into the box from the left to score more (cuadrado is better than him at this)
  2. People keep forgetting Mourinho can easily play attacking football as we did in the beginning of the season. The players have lost form, fabregas not as good in passing, costa injured or suspended, Oscar forgetting how to tackle, even Matic makes a lot of poor passes nowadays so Mourinho is using tactics that work no matter the type of players or the form of players. And it's working, 30/39points is a fantastic return in the 2nd half of the season where players haven't been playing well.
  3. The supporters were fantastic yesterday at the Bridge. That was the best atmosphere of the season, every tackle and every block was cheered for, it inspired the players throughout.
  4. Oscar will develop like most midfielders do. Midfielders peak at 26-28 and oscar hasn't gotten there yet, that's why I'm reluctant for us to sell him. On another note, today showed he can play in the wing. I liked when he played there a couple of times for Brazil
  5. Just a little bit below Suarez for me he'll get there in no time because his finishing is improving
  6. More like he has no right leg. He literally can't do anything with it
  7. Mourinho on Hazard: "One thing is the talent but another thing is to be consistent." #CFC
  8. We've scored in every match this season except against Sunderland.
  9. I think you have to try and enjoy the win a little. We just won against our bitter rivals minutes ago, enjoy the win celebrate with fellow fans, get drunk and then you can come hours later to be critical.... You're too stiff.
  10. This is the oscar I'm looking for... Making some bloody tackles... I thought he lost the ability to win the ball
  11. It's happening!!! Hazard is becoming a fantastic finisher
  12. Hazard scores another goal coming from the middle.... Can it be more obvious that he's so good in a central free role???
  13. No speed in the team except hazard. This is a major problem. Why not ramires or Willian instead of Oscar/fabregas??? Let's hope this doesn't kill our counter-attacking
  14. Manutd haven't beaten us in the last 5games
  15. I wrote english centerbacks because we must have English players in our team, so only positions they can fill without reducing the quality of the team is in defence. The best attacking players in the world are southamericans not Brazilians per say. Let me refresh your memory: messi, Suarez, aguero, tevez, Neymar, costa. Even ronaldo is originally a brazilian before Portuguese. In fact, the last ballon'd'or awards since 2000 have all been southamericans except cannavaro and Owen(c ronaldo is originally brazilian) We just happened to get the worst generation of Brazilians at this time.
  16. Costa, fabregas and hazard were on fire. Oscar was the fourth best, but his goals were a huge part of how well we played. The difference is he is no longer showing the energy and intensity to make those tackles and get into the box on the end of chances. Infact, if I remember well, fabregas and oscar did a lot of positional rotation in the first half of the season but all of a sudden he can't even move now. The reason why people are complaining is it happened last season, and its happening again. But I don't see anybody who is available and better than Oscar so I think people wanting us to sell are wrong. Koke is better than Oscar under pressure, you underrate him. He has awareness of his surrounding because he looks up before the ball rolls to his feet while oscar is always looking at the ground so he needs to take a touch, look up, before he can pass. And that could be the difference between finding a chance to put costa through and passing back to Matic because someone else can close you down before you get your head up.
  17. Just because we are an English club, that's why I said English centerbacks but I get what you mean. Varane, koscielny, Zouma is a terrific combo
  18. Modric, Verratti, Gundogan prime are the ones who combined strength, turning away from markers, and passing vision like xavi.Thiago is an even better dribbler, but he doesn't have the strength yet. If he has, and stops getting injured he'll reach prime xavi levels imo.
  19. I'll go for England in centerbacks, Spanish midfielders, and southamerican attackers (strikers and wingers) They're the best in these positions.
  20. Rafa is excellent at knock-out competitions. If ivanovic didn't screw up against swansea, we would have won the carling cup along with the Europa League.
  21. I love this guy. Him side by side with hazard will be unreal.... Technique is world-class levels and he's strong and hardworking. Good dribbler in tight spaces and can shoot from outside the box. If he's available, would have him over oscar in a heartbeat. Just 22years old
