Why I compared the two was because people say RLC is our best academy player while I say Aké is better. It doesn't mean RLC won't get to be the best maybe in future, but I value technical quality in young players more than anything because it's hard to develop that aspect in players and I think Aké is better in that aspect.

His finishing is very good. I love players who swerve the ball round like messi and robben. He should come and teach hazard how to do it more often, it'll make hazard score easily (hazard gets into the box more than anyone but needs to dribble again before he can shoot because he can't swerve the ball from tight spaces and angles) I've not seen much of Boga or mundosa but this lad is the best attacking talent we have in our youth team imo. No one comes close to combine his technical quality, strength on the ball, balance, speed, dribbling and finishing. That is what we should aim for in finding talent (technique, balance, strength on the ball, dribbling, finishing /passing) finishing for attackers and passing for midfielders. No player will make it in Barcelona youth team with the technique of lukaku, I don't know why many Chelsea fans don't see the importance of this.

Exactly. I forgot who I told that Ake has impressed me more than RLC. Ake has more technical quality and is robust in challenges and energetic in his overall play. I value those qualities over anything I've seen from RLC. RLC is a good tackler from what I've seen but if Aké is given equal opportunities you'll see who the fans will love more.

He has to be more daring. I see similarities between hazard and Messi at 19 but he needs to add variety to become unpredictable and shoot to the top. More curled shots round the defender instead of straight shots, more vertical passes to put people through on goal.

What killed him was his strength, no one can survive being that weak. He had all the passing in the world but loses the ball in a critical midfield area

Why I haven't really been fully bought into the idea of buying sterling is because next season I want us to extend our fantastic goalscoring first half of the season for much longer. For that we need goals, and we need a good passing midfielder to replace oscar or fabregas when they play poorly in the second half of the season again. For the big games, we need a big box to box player to partner Matic in the pivot (essien /matuidi) we lost one in luiz and its cost us big games. Then we need a big technical and energetic(making runs) striker to replace Costa incase of injuries again. Sterling doesn't fit into any of this categories of what we need to improve next season except homegrown, and I'll rather use RLC as my box to box midfielder in big games for that. Though he could improve his finishing and suddenly he's a perfect gamble.

He's not that bad

Sterling won't be as poor as cuadrado. He's far stronger and doesn't fall everytime someone breathes near him. What will frustrate people is his finishing and final decision in the final third.
