  1. Oscar and Suarez would be quite offended as soon as they saw that ;p
  2. If you ask me Mourinho's biggest concern should be that we're not starting our season on a Monday night!!!!
  3. Frank would have been proud seeing Thibaut's penalty!
  4. The sort of penalty Frank Lampard would have been proud to take!
  5. All those memories that we could have had with him, taken away....... All the talk about future captain, a legend to be..... All the good times we could have had.
  6. HAHAHAHAAH Indeed, Rodgers has his critics, not that I personally think he should be sacked atm (I have a classmate who's a scouser and is after Rodger's head, we have arguments where I defend Rodgers and he attacks him lol). I was rather referring to the footballing culture of how insecure modern manager's jobs are. It's just getting ridiculous now.....
  7. I think he's just trying to show his 'toughness' and trying to set some standards at MU. Wants that fear factor that he's the boss and no player is capable of challenging him. Valdes may well just be a player he believed was expendable enough to prove that. Wants to get that SAF effect I guess (or even what Mourinho is doing here - not tolerating people who don't do what they're told). He can get away with that being a big name manager unlike Moyes. Wants to stamp his authority possibly, wants to be an intimidating factor. Because of all the job insecurity managers have these days, many players must feel that if they moan enough - they can get a manager chucked out of the club.
  8. Thanks! Wonder why he only put the scoreline of the game against us? Was that the only one they won?
  9. I like the fact that what we're doing is staying relatively under the radar while our rivals are getting all the hype. It'll take a lot of improvement from the other clubs to match us! I agree. Still 55 days till the first game of the NFL Don't understand what he's implying.
  10. With the rumours that we could get him cheap. This would be a very sensible signing. Furthermore, he has just the kind of positional versatility so many in our squad have. What I wonder though is (after hearing rumous of Remy leaving), could Pedro be a person who plays out wide and fills in for the role of 'backup striker' - were Remy to leave? Suits our ideology well. Hard working, tough player. You know we're not having as 'loud' a transfer window as so many of our rivals, yet we're quietly strengthening for next season. Just staying under the radar and making sure we're good enough to win back to back.
  11. Saw this now. Not sure if someone else posted it. Jose Mourinho explains Petr Cech’s move to ArsenalSource: http://www.dirtytackle.net/2015/06/29/jose-mourinho-explains-petr-cechs-move-to-arsenal/ Petr Cech has moved to Arsenal and, of course, this makes me sad. This makes me sad. Petr was at Chelsea for many years. We achieved great things together, but now he has decided to go to Arsenal like a top race horse suddenly deciding to pull a manure cart on a farm and people are asking why. The first question is why would he go to Arsenal when he could go to any club in the world? Petr was with Chelsea for 11 years. He loves the club. He is 100% blue. But did he want to keep his family in London? Yes. Did he want to play in the Champions League, but not past the round of 16 because he has already won the competition with Chelsea? Apparently. Could his scrum cap be strapped on too tight, cutting off the blood flow to his brain and affecting his decision making abilities? I don’t know. Whatever the reasons, he decided that Arsenal was his only choice. Not because he loves Arsenal so much. Because someone else is now wearing his favorite shirt and the only shirt in his size at the shop happened to be red, so he had to buy a red shirt. That’s it. It doesn’t mean he likes red shirts, just that he is now wearing a red shirt and wishing it was blue. This is sad. Tragic. The second question is why would Chelsea let him go to Arsenal — a rival and maybe our nearest title competition? This is an easy question. Very easy. Because Arsene Wenger has never beaten me and he never will. He is a specialist in failure. I could give him my whole team, plus Messi, Ronaldo, and a 10 goal lead and he would still be so frustrated that he would push me on the touchline like a weak French baby man. His tie flapping in the wind from by my laughter. It will be exciting to see how Arsenal still finish third or fourth even with one of the best goalkeepers in the world, though. Of course they will have a strange number of injuries and all of their players will be too busy smoking cigarettes and making fun of Tottenham to focus on beating good teams, but maybe they will try something new this season. Like accidentally locking themselves in the dressing room at halftime or deciding that their fans paying additional fees to see the team score a goal would generate even more revenue for them not to spend. But Petr will do well at Arsenal. He survived Andre Villas-Boas and Rafa Benitez at Chelsea, so I’m certain he can deal with Wenger. Plus, he can always go to a bigger club after a little while like all of Arsenal’s best players. Which reminds me, Cesc Fabregas would have talked Petr out of going to Arsenal, but he was too busy kissing the Premier League trophy that he waited so long to win. And did in his first season with Chelsea. So good luck making the most of your new shirt, Petr. You’ll need it.
  12. So while we're making a reunion with players from the 2014 Spanish Champions and European Runners Up Liverpool are making are making a reunion for Southampton players haha Not much to lose in this deal as it's a loan! If it doesn't work out we send him back to France at the end of the season - simple as that. EDIT: The club site writes he helped MUFC to get to the Champions League. Lol over-hyping things a bit? Yup, bet he was dreaming of playing with Oscar and Willian..... ;p
  13. Really excited! The site writes he helped MUFC to get to the Champions League. Lol over-hyping things a bit?
  14. You have the season review man! Excellent! Why don't you upload it on a thread we have for our season review?
  15. Welcome! Searched for your channel but couldn't find it..... Could you share a link to it?
  16. Might as well just play the matches with our training kit....... My favourite Chelsea kit of all time is 08/09. Love it but unfortunately it just has too many cruel memories attached to it......
  17. Worthless scumbags and what's even worse is that some of them do it considering it's a 'joke'. Yea let's if see that other c*** dares bring an SR-25 to the bridge. Deserves to have his brains blown off..... Tbh I dunno how a c*** like that would even be able to afford an SR-25, must be too busy playing COD 16 hours a day and thinks it's reality.
  18. I think there are just as many stupid adults dragging down the quality of the forum...... Just reading his letter right now, the only thing that disappoints me was that I wanted to see Lamps, Cech and Drogba retire as Chelsea players. Gonna miss Petr so much, really loved him. He isn't just a world class player but also a great human being, he's actually learnt numerous languages just so that he can help players from foreign countries who can't speak English. I guess it's just as Petr said, sometimes in life things just don't go exactly like you want them to..... If they did then so many players who served us so well would have won a CL crown (like Ballack), Lampard would still be a Chelsea player, Drogba would have scored another Wembley goal in the Capital One Cup Final and well Cech would still be here. Thibaut has some big shoes to fill, but I'm confident he'll be up to the task! What if he's Mourinho's agent? Maybe he sent him to Arsenal on a mission, like spying on their tactics etc haha
  19. You guys make great points and personally I've been quite critical of Oscar in the past. The thing with him is he produces these moments of absolute magic (especially near the beginning of the season), where you think he is truly one of the most talent players in the world - with incredible potential like that cup game against Stoke last year, what happened right after that though...... That's basically the only thing that's keeping him here, it's just such a shame cos you are almost dying to see him produce those moments of magic again, but they are so sporadic we almost forget about them. He's had the 'overworked' thing in favour of him, unfortunately next year he won't have that excuse with him anymore, thus I guess next year is a real 'make or break' for him in terms of his Chelsea career. I'm genuinely clinging onto the hope that the only thing that has held him back all these years is how he's been ridiculously overworked, he's just one of those wonderful footballers you really love and don't want to see leave the club.....
  20. Just clicked on this cos of the JFK photo haha
  21. Pellegrini is easily one of the biggest hypocrites in the Premier League as well as being a disgusting sore loser. Some of his disgusting comments about Mourinho are 'ignored' by the media. Could you imagine the state of the media if Mourinho had been saying all that about Pellegrini?
  22. How come you lost respect for Frank? Frank was released by the club and loaned by an MLS Club to M.City. Nah not even Cech is that great
