For me the whole team deserve a big fat 0.

I said we'd get taught a lesson and we certainly did. 2 of their goals came from set pieces. Makes me wonder what they actually done on the training ground after Lampard stated that Scolari had them doing set piece work all last week. 1st goal....after a disallowed goal we switched off and werent prepared for the retaken corner. NEVER switch off. 100% concentration is a must when defending set pieces. Players on the posts.....(its been done to death on here) 2nd goal...JT appeared to duck beneath the ball after it went over Berbatovs head allowing it to fall onto Rooneys boot. JT must have a body double. Last season he'd have put that into row z. NEVER let a ball go past you in the box unless you get a shout to do so. Even at that take no risks and get it out of the box by any means possible. 3rd goal...After only coming on seconds earlier, Di Santo is left to mark Berbatov who gives him the slip and makes it 3. Why was FDS left to mark one of Manu's better headers of the ball ? We're in a very bad state and its not something thats going to go away overnight. It was boys against men. Where has the fighting spirit that we have been seen from Chelsea over th last lot of years. Its completely vanished. Even under Grant the players had a "one for all, all for one" attitude. What has Scolari done to make things so bad. Looking at the league table its deceptive. Our early season form was good to start with, but gradually we've stooped looking like a side capable of winning a match let alone a trophy. We've only taken 15 points out of 30 available over the last 10 games. I didnt see anything in that performance to make me believe that that statistic is going to change in our favour any time soon. We've Southend in the FA Cup followed by Stoke and Boro at home before traveling to Liverpool. If we dont get 3 wins going into that game Scolari deserves to be given the boot. World Cup winner or not. I've lost faith in him altogether.

I dont know what hurt more..... Actually seeing this result coming or having to sit and watch it happen. That was an appauling perfromance. I'm annoyed but not as annoyed as I maybe should be. I didnt expect us to get anything in the first place so maybe thats why this defeat hasnt got me kicking and screaming. I dont remember us having a telling opportunity the whole game. Did VDS actually make a save?

It was coming. We'll be struggling to get a CL place if we continue to play this bad.

I'm sure theres been more goals than that conceded which could have been avoided by having someone on hte posts. After the game I might try to track them down. It'll give me something to do

Up until the goal I thought we held our own. Drogba needs to get in the game more, he's been virtually anonymous. I'm surprised Rooney hasnt been shown a card yet, He's running around kicking anything that moves.

Scolari wants to buy, but he's been told theres no money available unless he sells. ALready we've got £12m from the Bridge deal, so thats a start. I'd rather we didnt buy for the sake of it just because the money is there. If the player doesnt improve the team then leave it till the summer when the market is more open.

I'm sure you're not. I just think he's a frustrating player to watch at times.

So basically he's fitting square pegs in round holes. He shouldnt be accomodating anyone. Our biggest threats are Drogba and Lampard. The last few seasons stats will tell him that. We should be building our team around those two. Drogbas physical presence and Lampards eye for goal. One thing I've mentioned before and I think its worth mentioning again is why not try Bosingwa as a winger and play Ivanovic, Belletti or Ferreira at RB. It would add some balance to the midfield and it would allow crosses to be coming into the box on a regular basis. Something we've not been doing much of this season. Everything is going through the middle.

Probably as he's 6ft something and a threat in the air.

Its a hell of alot better than what we've mustered over the last month or two. We've drew 4 out of our last 5 games against teams we should have no problem with. We're about to step up a few levels and feeling confident about getting anything from OT is far from my thoughts.

Theres more chance of a Man of the Match performance from Deco

Bosingwa usually stays back with Ash as covering defenders as they are the quickest players incase of a counter attack if the corner is cleared. Belletti is usually on the bench

At least its not Mavis or Dowd. Webbs not a bad ref.
