Simply put Jose is Chelsea. He's probably the only manager in the world that can come here and run things his way and definitely the only one to have the majority of the fans' backing even if his decisions are not particularly popular and that's the kind of guy we need. Sure, there will be some short-minded people who praise his genius when we beat Liverpool at Anfield the way we did, but will be quick to slate him for his "anti-football" when we lose a game and start questioning his tactics, but who cares.

I don't know how much of that media crap is true, but if Eden has some problem with the way Jose runs the team or wants to leave then there is the door. He should just look at what happened to our back to back player of the year in the last two seasons when the right offer came and PSG won't be thinking twice if the see a possibility of him being available.

Congrats to Atletico. It could have been different, but we weren't so solid defensively today and I'd say the scoreline is justified. Either way it's nice to see us back where we belong after the dismal CL campaign last year.
-
Well, statistically we're still in the title action...kinda. We need a Liverpool and a City loss, get two wins and we're there.

Don't know about you, guys, but I absolutely LOVE IT. Just sit back and laugh your arse off at the meltdown of livershit fans around the world. Cheers!
-
Suarez, you embarrassment.

I literally don't know how to react to that. I hate Pool, but if they lose today, our title hopes will probably disappear. Stick to the draw! No more goals!
-
People start giving titles away, but there are still 4 games left (in our case 5). We should know by now that winning on paper doesn't increase your point tally and there is still a lot of work to do for us, City and Liverpool.

Go Everton!
-
lol, no. They are going to lose both games against City and us just like was the case during the festive period. We should be worried about City, they are the real favourites.
-
I haven't read the thread in a while, but this guy deserves a credit for improving so much in the last couple of months. He clearly showed us, why he's a top striker, scoring some important goals - the hattrick against United, the winner against Liverpool, the opening goals against Gala, Arsenal and Spurs. I really hope Sammy stays for another season with us.

WTF, Ash You look like a mini Mr.T!

LOL at UEFA, breaking their own regulations just for the chance of screwing us If Atletico have the nerve to play our player against us, we should deny them a loan deal next year and they'll never see their precious keeper again. And while I'm at it we should use Courtois' rising popularity, which should have a great effect on his price tag and cash in this summer. No more loans.
-
What's important is the second leg is at The Bridge. Otherwise LOL at UEFA for trying to help Atletico. We should issue an ultimatum - if they play him, then they can forget about a loan deal next season.
-
What a fantastic evening! It's even better than the one against Napoli and while I'm at it - LOL at Cavani and Lavezzi! Schurrle is my MOTM - he was our most dangerous player, sdcored, hit the bar and should've been given a penalty. Luiz played like a world class midfielder! Bravo to everyone. KTBFF and roll on semis!

Alright then, overrated was probably not the best word to use as it can easily be taken the wrong way. As I said, he's done very well with consistent displays on the position he usurped from Ashley Cole who until recently was recognized as one of the best left backs in Europe. But then again seeing so many people voting him ahead of Hazard, our top scorer and most creative spark up front is a bit shocking. Yeah, I remember in the beginning of the season he wasn't at his best, but oh boy when he picked up some form, he tore defenses apart and I'd take that over being consistently above average all season. That being said, I think Eto'o also deserves a mention here for his important goals and the way he asserted himself as very important figure in attack in the last couple of months after his poor start of the season. I don't think it's a coincidence that we struggled in the recent matches after he picked up that injury in the match against Arsenal. Also on a slightly different note, the partnership of JT and Cahill, which is the main reason of our good defensive record this season has the combined number of 1 vote so far. That's why I feel Azpi got a little bit more credit than he deserves. -
I can't see him staying next season especially if Eto'o extends his contract. Provided we buy a big money striker to lead the line, Lukaku will start the season as a third choice behind Sammy in the pecking order and he'll be requesting to be send on loan again.

Hazard easily. Azpilicueta has done well this season, but I think he's a bit overrated here judging from the nominations and the poll results so far. -
So I guess there's a brand new charity campaign run by the FA this season #PremierleaguewinnersmedalforgerrardLOL. I hope City trash the scouse scum next week...
-
The best Everton side I've ever witnessed. I wish them all the best and hopefully see them among Europe's top teams in CL next season
-
LOL Arsenal. I wonder how will their fans feel if they win the FA Cup and break the trophyless run, but in the same time miss out on the CL spot - the very thing that convinces them they're a top club.
-
LOL at everyone giving up and already talking who'd they rather win it between Pool and City. This is even more embarrassing than the way we played today. Calm the fuck down, Liverpool are in no better position than us and there are still some games left, City are not going to win their matches before they have started. We're still in it, but from now till the end we have to be flawless.

We beat Liverpool at Anfield, City lose one and draw two of their remaining 9 matches. Problem solved, we're champions.

I don't think it's over yet. We're gonna have to win the remaining six games and then see what happens...
