You know how hard it is to go to a different country to play as a centre back without knowing any german word? Communication between centre backs during a match is crucial and it is obvious that FC Köln will play 2 german speaking centre backs because they can understand each other during a match.

Secondly,the club,which loaned out the player,does not have to play him.This club could have loaned him out for the "worst case scenario",which is that all other squad members are injured,so just give the loanee a chance. Thirdly,language can also be an issue because Kalas for example can´t speak the german language,so for him it is difficult to get some minutes.It is crucial that the centre backs can understand each other during the match,so communication during the match is very important.Otherwise,they will concede stupid goals.

Noboby,and I mean nobody,would have critiziced Mourinho for giving just one youth player a chance against Maribor.That match was the most useless match I have ever seen.RLC for Matic would have made sense. Aftert 1 or 2 years,Terry will not be a starter.If we mantain our philosophy,there will be no former youth team player in the squad and that is quite sad.Even Real Madrid has two former youth team players in their starting line up.If Cassilas should decide to leave them,they still have one. The only chance of giving young players a chance this season,is the FA Cup,but maybe Mou will want to play Matic in some of those matches.If Matic gets injured in one of those matches,I will be furious.

I think that Remy is better than Drogba against teams,who give him room.Against that kind of teams,Remy can use his speed,while Drogba can use his strenght against team,who love to defend deep.Remy is useless agaist teams,who play deep.

I just looked some startiing line ups up.When Varane played as a centre back ,his partner were Ramos or Pepe.Arbeloa or Essien played as right back,while Ramos just only played a few times as a RB.Most of the times,it was Marcelo/Coentrao,Varane,Ramos/Pepe,Essien/Arbeloa.Ramos did not play that much as a RB.Also,in the last 8 matches,Ramos was not even on the bench,which is weird because he was not injured,according to my informations. I never said that anyone was benched for Varane.I just said that Varane was given a chance because Mou did not like Pepe or Ramos.He just rotated between Pepe and Ramos.In general,there was very much rotation in the back 4 I think everyone loves Mou,but his decisions sometimes are not that great.We will not win the PL,if Hazard has to play every match.Why did he buy Salah?A youth player was more suitable of the salah role.

Oscar is not a physical beast either and Oscar never had any problems when it came to tackle his opponent or protecting the ball. If he has enough technical abilities,he will make it in the PL.Piazon was a little bit overrated,if you ask me.I see more talent in Musonda. He just has to train for one year and he will have a decent upper body,which is perfectly enough for a footballer,if he really needs more physicality. Does he have the speed to be a winger?Yes,he Has the technique,the eye to play the right pass,but I am not so sure if he is fast enough.I have never seen him in a sprint.
