We used to have Cuadrado in our team... However, I don't know either. Conte must do though, and I think he has some players in mind. I never thought Moses would become such an important part of our current XI playing as a RWB (even though I wanted him to stay this season) so you never know who might fit the bill.

I was talking about Nathan for a CB position potentially. No I don't think Pedro is a good option, neither is Ivanovic. Who would you think is a good option for RWB?

Michy must understand that Costa is in terrific form right now and it would be weird for Conte to drop him entirely for a young guy with "a lot to learn". When he learns what Conte thinks he has to learn, and Costa stops playing this well, (he can't possibly keep this forever? However if there is someone able to keep this kind of form going for a long time, it would be Costa) he will get his chance. Also, we all know Costa will get injured/suspended/both this season. Michy has to be 100% ready then and take his chance.

You don't have to look far for an exception since Conte was a captain for Juventus, then went to manage them and look at his success. Same with Guardiola and the current Barca manager. I think that the players have to decide if they want to be managers early in their careers to become a good one. If they do that, learn and put in the work I'm sure any legendary player could become a great manager. We have a lot of examples of these just as you name those examples.
