  1. Think they[re serious. Already in grass roots games and Womens tier 3 and below Sin Bin Online Guide (fareferees.co.uk)
  2. Man City points deduction: Date set for Premier League trial with verdict to coincide with Guardiola exit The Premier League has been in touch with City to inform them that a trial for the 115 counts against them will be heard in late autumn 2024, just under a year from now. The trial will be the biggest of its kind in world football and could also result in the biggest punishments ever witnessed in the game if City are found guilty of a number of those breaches. ''late autumn 2024, just under a year from now.'' Plenty of time for massive bribes to make them reduce/forget the punishment
  3. VAR has killed any spontaneity. Going to get worse with refs making announcements about VAR, and introduction of sin bins next season. Get ready for cheerleaders, popcorn and Time out.
  4. Ref bottled it in front of PSG plastic ultras
  5. Like your optimism - and there are definite signs there. Amazing home crowd at St james, never easy, Poch up in row Z, and some stupid mistakes - not making excuses but there were conspiring factors that made it look worse than it was. The downside for me is the slow boiling of the frog in terms of a pattern of shit results whereby mediocrity is slowly the norm. Many heads would have rolled under the Russian rule by now, shit results would not be tolerated
  6. Lewis Dunk is out so he is one that wont be getting a free unmarked header on goal
  7. We can do this if the defence is tightened up..though impossible to predict nowadays. Good news is Poch back on the touchline
  8. The inconsistency is incredible. Especially the surrounding the ref scenarios. Its fine for Man City Liverpool to do it apparently, though they dont have to do it very often as they have the majority of decisions go their way. Even the VAR decisions are all over the shop.
  9. Garnacho does exactly the same as James yesterday, kicks the ball away - no card
  10. Venables left school in the summer of 1958 and signed for Chelsea as an apprentice at the age of 15. He won the FA Youth Cup with Chelsea in consecutive seasons, as they beat Preston North End in 1960 and Everton in 1961. He made his much anticipated senior debut in a 4–2 defeat to West Ham United on 6 February 1960, with newspapers billing him as "the new Duncan Edwards". He took his FA coaching badges at the age of 24, passing with distinction and a 95% pass mark. He went on to lift the League Cup with Chelsea, and scored a penalty against Leicester City in the two-legged final. Chelsea also reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup in 1964–65 ''1966, Inter Cities Fairs Cup… look it up,' he says. 'We (Chelsea) won the first leg 4-1 at Stamford Bridge. It was a good game for me (Venables scored a hat-trick). They kicked us a lot, we went down to 10 men after Eddie McCreadie punched one of them in retaliation. It was hard out there. They really cranked it up, showered our coach with bricks and bottles. We hid down under our seats'' He went on to manage Barcelona, England Spuds, Palace, Boro and Australia. RIP
  11. EL Tel great manager. Euro 96 what a time to be alive
  12. The main thing is that we continue our run, a team has to score 4 every game
  13. Feel sorry for our fans - its a long way home from up there when youve lost
  14. No goal someone looked at Alison in a funny way
  15. Haaland with another PL record quickest player to 50 goals in the least games
