I suppose the reality is Boehly et al are going nowhere, so the best we can hope for is that they learn from their mistakes, and that the learning curve is a steep one
-
Nagelsmann got fucked off with waiting apparently. Enrique will doubtless do the same. Shitshow continues....
-
We want someone who can switch to anger and passion -vital at certain situations. Potter, Lampard nor Pochettino have this quality, if they get Poch so obvious they want a compliant Yes man = more mediocrity with a slightly higher win rate. No thanks.
-
Easy to forget Man City have over 100 charges of financial irregularities hanging over them. Well it probably is when the PL palms have been greased...
-
According to Forbes - Bayern offloaded Nagelsmann because a) it was heading for a trophyless season b) Fell out with Neuer and had a public slanging match with him c) Lost the dressing room with his 30 year old girlfriend writing about the team for Bild and his 'young' lifestyle with fake implant eyebrows 🤨

Didnt play too bad against the alleged best club team in the World for an hour. Chances not taken, and the whole thing overshadowed by the worst form for 30 years and then you have someone like Haaland scoring four times as many as the whole of our team combined. Top players, backroom staff dispensed with along with Tuchel...leaves us with all the gear, no idea
-
They're going to score tonight, which means we have to get 4. Having a sudoku ready as a distraction
-
His main mistake was strolling in on day one, and clearing out the backroom staff that made Chelsea what they were. A lot of knowledge and "know-how" flushed down the toilet.
-
6-1. Look at their attackers - Jota, Nunez, Diaz, Salah, Firmino... - more importantly the hunger and aggression to score , something our lot have sadly absent. The ability is about the same though. Sad.
-
The worst thing is there is no attempt to fix it. Current slide would have been stopped under Abramovich 20 games ago
-
Madrid used the same variation of a 1 2 over and over to bypass our midfield and we still didnt read it. Only thanks to Kante that it was broken up several times. How many times did we get near their penalty area and there was no one in attacking positions ? What's happening in training ? If we have no recognised striker Kai needs to be told to stay in and around their penalty area, though its lost now, the whole season. Abramovich wouldn't have let it come to this.
-
Their last line of defence Courtois is going to be hard to beat especially with our misfirers - Thiago from a set piece ?
-
Having Havertz and Mount as subs could be a good move, more impact than starting from the off
-
Kepa, Enzo Fernández, Thiago, Reece James and Koulibaly need to behave, all one booking away from missing the second leg along with Mudryk and Gallagher
-
Come on Bayern !
-
What I am looking for tomorrow from Frank is some quality arm folding, and a big frown as they score their second
-
You'd like to think so but widely reported, and wouldnt put much beyond them. Signing players based on their astrological star signs ?
-
Minutes silence at Anfield next week for Robertson. T shirts to be sold outside.
-
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly 'asked for James Corden's opinion' before appointing Frank Lampard | Daily Mail Online James Corden the West Ham fan. Did he ask him about transfers as well ?
-
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly's reportedly turned to his friend and TV presenter James Corden for advice, before taking the decision to appoint Frank Lampard as interim manager until the end of the season FFS
-
Tinkering with this and that probably to mask the ever present mediocrity, moving the deckchairs on the Titanic If we're going to have years now in the wilderness like under Ken Bates, at least bring back hooliganism to liven it up 🤪
-
Yup will we get 21 Trophies under Boehly and the Swiss hedgefunders. Rhetorical, but they will make some money doubtless
-
Thats the problem, why is there nothing to aim for ? We have become a club of low expectations, a self fulfilling prophecy. So the mantra becomes ''next season''. Fuck that Spurs mentality. I normally calm down after an hour after a defeat, not worth getting worked up about. I am still fuming, can see the bigger picture, and the morass of constant shit results we're sleep walking into thanks to current ownership

When Abramovich and Buck were sacking managers for a couple of losses, or for looking at Roman in a funny way, whatever, there was shock and emotion from fans and the media, and backroom staff at the brutality. However it turned out that ruthlessness was a 100% winning formula in terms of titles and trophies. The real tragedy is that any new manager now, will get away with 10-15 losses, and it will seem an 'improvement' - an 'acceptable' position. People better start getting used to it. On the positive a few tweaks could have an immediate turnaround - starting with some leaders on the pitch.
