Although Jose has shot himself in the foot recently he deserves to see out the season or indeed his contract. We've changed to interim managers had two year spells before and always had some sort of response. However This isn't guaranteed and shouldn't be the boards decision now imo. We have no right to be in the top four every year, for 15 or so years we've dined at the top table. We've been fortunate to do so. We need to suck it up, give our manager the chance to sort this out. He deserves the season. All this pressure is heaped on us not by our own board but social media, the corporate media and the Mong fans who hang on their every word. When he's gone they will pine for his wit, his antagonistic approach, but at the moment it's the story of the century and they will hound him until he is gone and then miss him. Bored of it all.

Good thread 1) Restore some discipline - manager and players. 2) Go back to basics and stop defensive errors - play Mikel in the holding role for a few games and make sure players like JT and Costa can put a ball in row z, rather than gift it to the opposition in or around our box. (Lead to both goals on Saturday) 3) play players in their correct positions. That would be a start.
