  1. me too we really should do better on those occasions. Oscar had too much composure, etoo too little
  2. etoo really should score that simply skipping barrys challenge
  3. Mata is rusty. oscar did way better orchestrating the play in the previous fixtures
  4. Eto'o already contributed more than Torres does in a Barkley has nice pace
  5. surprised Willian is not even on the bench. Otherwise as expected. Lamps gets his rest and Mikel a first start under Mou.
  6. I'd with Özil Arsenal would be able to win trophies, but hey, it's Arsenal.
  7. No, thanks. I did not know the player and your information was exactly what I needed. He looks a gem btw. But anyone would in this ManU midfield.
  8. Crystal Palace can't play 5 accurate passes to save their lives
  9. Utd can't score from open play against a 10man crystal palace side who defend not exactly clever themselves. Would be really poor if they become champions, but i doubt it.
  10. blatant dive. penalty for Utd. No surprise then
  11. Malouda never had real pace. Even in his best season his runs could still be tracked by slo-mo bots like Carrick. But he was strong and combative so he could always shield the ball from the defender while running. The arrivals of Torres and AVB did not really suit his direct play so his form detoriated. If he has not lost it over night Eto'o still has great acceleration and can beat multiple defenders. He might not be able to do it on a consistent basis, but if he can stay motivated in the big games he will be a huge asset.
  12. I have seen Eto'o for Anzhia a few times in the EL last season. He was not always interested but when he wants he still has that pace and that killer instinct that made him the best striker in the world. I have no doubts he will be an upgrade on any of our other strikers. When Drogba could be matchwinner at 35, Eto'o surely can be at 32. He won't do it week-in-week out which is why our problem of finding a 25goals a season striker ala van Persie to help us win the league is not there, but he will be enough for not being embarrased in the CL and enough to see off a mediocre Everton side. ------------Cech-------- azpi--Cahill--Terry-Cole --------Mikel---Ramires------ Willian----Mata-------Schürrle --------------Eto'o-------------- would be my lineup. But Jose will surely start Iva and Lamps and probably also KDB instead of Willian. This time we really can show how easy our squad can easily compensate the loss of Hazard and oscar to injury. I rate Everton's stability. They peform every time against us but I can't imagine them to gel as well as under Moyes already whereas we are way better than under Benitez with whom we won both matches. . That is why we should go for the win and not park the bus like at Old Trafford. We will be champions and champions win in Goodison.
  13. 3rd kit is 3rd kit, no special CL thing. When we had black away kits in 2006/7, 2008/9, 2010/11 and last year. Everytime we played in Everton we used our 3rd kits. Hence my money would be on the white ones.
  14. Hazard did this to Boateng and Lahm. I want to see Neymar doing this agaisnt this sort of quality defenders.
  15. I think in terms of individual class England has always been up with the top teams. The problem is the they never turn up for England and the tactics are so old fashioned. The fatigue adds its bit, so England never has a chance to even rach a semifinal at a big tournament
  16. There is only one team to kick Brazilian asses next summer...
  17. Even though I agree, he should get a rest. 6 games in 4.5 weeks is not too tiring. Love it how Mourinho himself claimed Lamps would not be able to play week in week out but lets him play 90mins every game.
  18. I have to object Butch at this point. Everywhere you see young players giving their all to become pros. There are players who get too much money early on and are sated with their trophy girl and bi gcar and don't push on, but this is a case of selective perception. Because of the vast media coverage we see those exceptions as the rule. One has to agree many young lads get too much too early without having proven their ability on the highest level but the level of football and the enormous pressure force the clubs to pay them so much. Nonetheless, regardless of money the competition is so strong when one guy fall out of the line and neglects his work because of a lack of attitude there a 100s to take his place.
  19. Ironically that he got a red card in the match Mou watched him. I am pretty sure we would never be signing him anyway.
  20. We had Klose, Neuville, Frings, Baumann, Bierhoff, Kahn and many more good players. Not a vintage side but still much better than the South Korea, USA, paraguay, Saudi-Arabia etc. We faced only shit teams which we would have easily beaten even without ballack. I watched Micha's entire career. and I watched Lampards entire career so far. For me Lamps has been the better player throughout.
